"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. "They came out on a Saturday, but could not finish the job, they had to come back on Monday morning to finish up. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. When I tried to call to complain about the garbage disposal, they kept circling back to different phone numbers."

"Kody and his helper deid a wonderful job. They showed up at the scheduled time - Kody called me in advance to tell me he was on his way. We recently moved into a condo and had some extensive upgrades done. The plumbing was done by a different plumber, but was not done to our expectation. We decided to have the plumbing inspected by Manwill. Kody did the inspection, taking photos. He explained what needed to be done to bring it all up to code. We schedule a day for him to return and do the necessary work. He and his helper were very respectful of our condo, laying down tarps to protect the floor, keeping the work area clean, and cleaning up afterwards. He went above and beyond to fix a couple of other problems and didn't charge more for the additional requests. The job was completed within the projected time frame and at the quoted price. My wife and I were both very impressed and will continue to use Manwill for our plumbing, heating and A/C issues."

"The lawn care people arrived first.  They immediately identified the valve area  (I suppose from the photos) and went to work.  As they reached the valve, I saw the plumber make a call, and a few minutes later a truck arrived with specific piping.  The changes were made quickly following that.  He tested the water flow.  It was considerably improved.  He called me out to show me what had been done, where the problem had been in the pipe.  They also replaced an elbow that had been deep in the ground and brought it close to the surface so that if any work would be needed years down the road, it could be done easily and efficiently. Not only did they replace the piping needed in good time, but they blew the pipe clear of small debris as a service and cleaned up beyond the dirt they had to dig up to reach the valve area. Everything was neat and tidy--a fact, I'm sure, that was appreciated by my neighbor.   The final cost met the estimate perfectly.  I feel like these people really know their stuff!  They are cordial and demonstrate honesty and consideration.  Like everyone in today's economy I would have liked the price a little lower, but their work and attitude was worth it to me."
