"Eddie Durrant from Valley Plumbing replaced an old faucet in my small bathroom. The drain area in the sink was chipped and old, he worked very hard to get the new drain replacement to seal. We thought it was good, but after he left it started to leak around the drain. I called Valley Plumbing and they had Eddie come back out before he went to his next job. He took it all apart and added more plumbers tape to see if that would fill in the chipped areas in the sink. It worked. He did a great job and was very patient as he worked. I would definitely have him back to do plumbing work in my home."

"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. When they put the sink back together, they forgot to install back the garbage disposal. They also did not have too much knowledge of the piping and because of that, they only replace one for Spicket and only replace parts on another. "I spent Sunday morning trying to locate a plumber who could come out to thaw pipes to the  house.  Finally got Beehive/Quick Response Plumbing.  They had someone here within the hour.  Scott worked  diligently to thaw the pipes, going out of his way to make sure it was we understood what he was doing.  (He was using an electric thawing device).  He had to leave to take another job but came back and saw that pipes where cleared.
