In my 82 years I have not seen such great response and professional service from a service company. We had a water leak from the water main coming into our home leaking into the basement and after 2 companies bid Grade Solutions was $900 less and Garland did the repair at 9PM-12 that night so we could have water. I don't know of any other company with that kind of service. This morning Garland came back to complete the job and broght in clean fill dirt to compact so the water line won't shift and break. I am very impressed with everything they do.

Came in less than half the charge of other contractors. Completed the work in timely way.

The plumbing issue turned out to be a much bigger than originally thought. They handled it quickly and explained everything along the way. They showed me the camera footage so I could see what they were talking about. They also let me split the payment over two paychecks. I highly recommend them.

Look no further, this is the company you want to hire. From the first call to schedule, to the time it was complete they were amazing. First off the person At Grade Solutions who called to arrange the appointment, she was more knowledgeable then the other plumbers that had came to bid before Grade Solutions, They showed up took the time to find the root of the problem and fixed it. The other bids were twice as high and not one of them spent enough time to quote correctly. I also added two other plumbing jobs while they were here. You will have a great experience with Grade Solutions!!

I had Grade Solutions replace my leaky faucet on my bathroom sink. They did it quickly and efficiently and were also very friendly.

From the 1st minute that we spoke with Grade Solutions, they were knowledgeable, friendly and gave suggestions. The problem that we needed fixed was for our townhome where we had a huge water pipe leak from our townhouse, but that was between our next 2 door neighbors down from us because of the way that the pipes in this development were laid. 10,000 gallons a month was wasting because of the leak. The leak was somewhere under our neighbors 2 AC units. A regular repair would have to disconnect those AC units and dig under them, making our neighbor's yards a muddy mess. Grade Solutions came in and quickly and ran a 145 ft. water line from the meter to our house using directional boring. There was no disturbing of our neighbor's yards. Grade Solutions did a great job of making the area look like nothing ever happened. We highly recommend them for their fast, courteous & knowledgeable service. They saved us alot of headache and worry because we didn't even have to do anything in our neighbor's yards. They were excellent in explaining the whole process & how things went as they completed it.

They were fast, efficient and affordable. Even returned the next day to resolve a minor problem without any extra charge and absolutely no hassle. I have them on my fav's list for plumbing related services!!

I have used their services multiple times. Had clogged tub drains, leaking dishwasher, and they installed a walkout basement for me. They do a great job. They are very quick to respond and I never have to worry about the quality of work they do. Excellent customer service. I would recommend to everyone.

Having our sewer main replaced was an experience to say the least. Grade Solutions was the third company to inspect and provide an estimate. I felt they were upfront and honest with us and gave us and estimate that came in $2,000.00 less and included work that the others were going to charge more to take care of in the future. Our sewer main turned out to be extremely difficult and ended up causing us to spend a weekend in a hotel after the city shut down job. Through it all, Grade Solutions kept me informed, repeatedly apologized for all of the delays, which were out of their control, and deducted the cost of the hotel stay from the cost. I would hire Grade Solutions again and highly recommend them to anyone who is needing plumbing work performed.

They were very efficient and was willing to lower the price so we could afford to have the problem taken care of.
