"Of course plumbing problems are like medical emergencies. They only happen on weekends and holidays! LOL My daughter was staying with me and she came to my room in the middle of the night to tell me there was water all over the floor in the downstairs bathroom. We waited until about 8 a.m. then called Eric. He said he was on his way to Provo for an emergency, but would be to my house by 10. At about 9:45 he called and said he was on his way. When I opened the door, I saw a young man, nicely dressed and very professional. He came in, assessed the problem and went back out to his truck. He brought in the drain cleaning machine and broke up the clog in no time at all. Yay! methinks. He was able to take my credit card and off he went on another call. I proceeded to start a batch of laundry and, OH NO! the drain back up again. I texted Eric back and he was at my house in minutes. He explained that sometimes the clog is so thick, it collapses back on itself. He recleaned the drain and suggested some remedies I could try to keep it from happening again. I am very impressed with Eric and his business practices. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

"The plumber came and accessed the situation, problem stems from shared drains with neighbors in my condo. There was no clogged drain at the time he came, it had cleared out. We visited another neighbor above me to see if they were having any problems. None there, he suggested that we wait until the problem came back, he gave me his card & told me to call him, take pictures & then he would be able to find out where the problem was. "I had a great experience with Upfront Drains Heating and Air Conditioning. They provided a free quote for my project. Since I was having a new toilet installed, I was given the type of toilet that I would need. So, I purchased it, and Randy picked it up from Lowes and promptly came to install it. He was always courteous, professional and friendly. He answered my questions and seemed to be quite knowledgeable. Randy was efficient in removing and then installing the new toilet. He hauled away the old fixture and cleaned up after himself. Before he left, I tested the toilet, and it works much better than the previous one. Everything went quite smoothly. I appreciate his knowledge, skill and professionalism. I am very pleased."

"Matt arrived yesterday promptly at 9:00 am and gave me an estimate of $ 800.00 for repair.  Appointment was set for the next morning at 9:00 am.  Again, he arrived on time and began digging.  Part way down he encountered a tree stump I had forgotten about.  He checked with the office, taking a picture and consulting. The faucet is right next to the side walk.  It looked as though he had no way to access the pipes without either  digging down using an excavator, which would have to be rented or removing part of the sidewalk.  Weber water is often several feet underground so in order to access it a hole several feet deep would have to be made.  An excavator was unavailable, so I chose to have part of the sidewalk  removed.  The estimate rose to $ 1600.00 due to unknown factors, equipment rental and piping.  A jack hammer was rented and the work begun.  It was soon discovered that the Weber Water inlet was actually fairly shallow however five leaks were discovered that had been unforeseen.  The piping was replaced and new faucets installed.  The water was turned on for a good half hour with no new leaks.  The sidewalk chunks were removed from the property and grass sections replaced.  Though the deep hole had not been required, that had only been discovered by removing the section of sidewalk--an unavoidable necessity.  However, discovering and replacing piping that had not been known was done at no extra cost beyond the estimate.  While I would have liked to spend less on this work (who doesn't?) the quality is excellent.  Matt and Tim stayed to make sure everything was as it should be.  They even added a couple of connector rings to my older hoses.  I will have to hire a contractor to restore the sidewalk section, but considerable care was taken to make the cuts smooth (as much as is possible).  I'm glad to have this annoying problem fixed.  The $ 1600.00 price tag stings a little, but I am confident the leaks they fixed would have to be fixed sooner or later, and probably cutting the sidewalk would be necessary again, so from that standpoint, I feel all right.  Both men were courteous, professional and thorough.  I have used Beehive plumbing in the past and will most likely use them in the future.

"Had a fantastic overall experience with Blue Best. When spec'ing a new top-of-the-line high efficiency furnace and AC system, they were able to outbid competitors by 20-25% for a system with better specs! The sales manager, Shawn, happily answered all my technical questions and concerns and was extremely responsive, even on weekends and after hours. Come installation day, Blue Best showed up with a large crew in 3 company trucks and man how they hustled! Both systems were fully installed by the end of the first day, with some minor ductwork and a steam humidifier installed on the second. I checked in regularly with their crew and every one I spoke to was patient and professional. Their quality of work was also top notch - all the electrical and duct runs were clean and neat, all registers and thermostats perfectly straight and level. In the end, my only critique was some additional caulking around where the refrigeration lines entered the house, which they happily fixed. For such a massive and complex job with expensive equipment, I am extremely impressed at how quickly they got it done, the quality workmanship, and how professional they were.
