He ran a camera down the drain and found the blockage about 80 feet down the drain. It was grease. He ran a snake and managed to poke a hole through the grease blockage. He recommended a drain cleaner that eats grease to help get rid of it. He said to make sure we run plenty of hot to boiling, water down the drain. "Mark notified me when he was coming. He was very polite and thorough in reconnecting the plumbing after new countertops were installed, including reinstalling a garbage disposal. He asked my preferences on key issues. Because a new sink was involved, the drain placements changed, and new piping was required. Mark performed several tests for leaks, sinks holding water, disposal working, etc. About 3 hours time."
