So they will have to come do the work a third time. On top of that, even though I have receipts from them showing I’ve paid in full, they are now stating they don’t have payment because somehow they changed accountants and don’t have record! Well who’s fault is that?!?!? That doesn’t mean you charge everyone twice for your awful work! I’ve asked for the owner himself to come fix the problems since he himself was the one who installed my tub so nobody else would be blamed and I’m still waiting for his response!!"
