"VERY pleased! A Spotless Carpet Cleaning called me back immediately. They scheduled me quickly as our dog had just had yet another accident. I then had to reschedule, which they were very nice about and accommodated my needs. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and did a very THOROUGH job. Our house honestly smells good again. It did cost a considerable sum (a good deal of this was because of the special treatment used on the dog urine spots), but was well worth it. Best carpet cleaning I've had in 25 years of home ownership."

We mopped the floor, organized, treated the woodwork with furniture polish after a thorough cleaning to remove oil and grease that had built up around the handles. Windows and window sills were also cleaned and returned to a nice shiny clean kitchen.

"This was a life-saver. I was afraid no one could repair the damage to my very expensive carpeting. But Sean and his co-worker fixed every issue and even replaced the carpet tacks that weren't at the right level from the first installation.
