"VERY pleased! A Spotless Carpet Cleaning called me back immediately. They scheduled me quickly as our dog had just had yet another accident. I then had to reschedule, which they were very nice about and accommodated my needs. The gentleman who came was very knowledgeable, respectful, and did a very THOROUGH job. Our house honestly smells good again. It did cost a considerable sum (a good deal of this was because of the special treatment used on the dog urine spots), but was well worth it.
