"This was an unfortunate scenario. Tom and Spencer came out to shampoo two rooms, two landings, and 18 stairs. They worked hard for two hours, especially to treat an area of carpet with pet stains and odors. The shampooed carpet looked good, no visible stains and no odors. Unfortunately, the carpet was very wet and when it dried it was stiff to the touch. After calling Tom and explaining my concern, he came back out and sprayed a "neutralizing" product over the entire carpet which helped. In the end, the carpets are clean, they don't feel stiff and Tom was very responsible for correcting the problem. It just took a lot of time to correct the issue."

John came in and went through each room with us. (UVlight was eye opening! :) In very short order he explained what the stain removals would require and what treatment was needed then he went to work.
