Giving me options on different things we can add to the house that I didn't know existed. Worked with me without ever being rude on any design changes that we thought of during construction. Always answered the phone despite something not going exactly to plan and helped alleviate any of the stress that is building a house. "Let me start by saying Bryant is the best contractor ever. Having done remodeling work on our own home many years ago, I can appreciate the work and planning that goes into this kind of project. Add a job that was started as Covid was rearing its head and you have the makings of a potential disaster. But not with Bryant. With supply-side disruptions, permit department closures and folks adjusting to working from home, and folks getting sick with Covid, things were slowed down considerably (The window supplier lost $5M in glass inventory because of crazing during the Oregon fires which put them behind a few weeks) Bryant and his assistant were always available for questions, and gave plenty of lead time to get stuff done that they needed, and were easy to work with. Bryant and his subs managed well under difficult circumstances. Plans were drawn up. and the estimate was close to the finishing cost. He adjusted to make room for my suggestions and updated the estimate accordingly, and kept me in the loop for the inevitable changes in plans. The work was done to spec and passed the city inspection with little problem. He made suggestions that made the design better, and referred me to quality suppliers. He was so easy to work with that he is in the process of planning out a second job that I have asked him to look at. He remodeled and updated an old 1930s 2000 square-foot two-story lath and plaster brick home for us. Electrical and plumbing were updated up and down. HVAC was reconfigured to raise ceilings downstairs and extra insulation was added to the attic area. An old central chimney was removed, kitchens reconfigured both up and down, 2 bathrooms were added to the existing build. We had just gone through a 5.7 earthquake and the house did fine. I had a structural engineer take a look before work was started. After work was completed there were 2 huge and very unusual rainstorms within 5 weeks of each, and the up and downstairs renovation remained dry. I am pleased with the quality of the work and how the job was managed. His estimation was accurate."

"Best contractor I have ever dealt with on a personal home project. Fast, courteous, honest, polite and informative. Kelly and his crew did exactly what they said they were going to do for the price they quoted me. I have a 2700 square foot basement that they completely framed for me. I offered them to my house, but they came and went every time through a basement window. They were always on time and always responded to my calls and texts. I will definitely rehire Kelly and his crew again if needed."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

Tom and his project manager, Jordan, offered many suggestions that made the finished product superior to our vision and more complete. The work will enhance our home for years to come. The subs who provided the framing, sheetrock, and mudding were friendly and excellent; they even could be called perfectionists. I must note that the owner has a full-time job and this is a side business. This fact actually worked to our advantage. Tom and Jordan would work evenings and weekends to complete our job. Great people to talk to. John did exactly what I asked as this was a little unusual to install. I would recommend John for any project. These guy is great! The day of the pour, John and his crew looked like a compete NFL team of linebackers. BIG GUYS that never stopped until it was done. John even came back that night because it started to rain and made sure the new concrete was covered. Attention to details is a quality that isn't taught. That's something you are born with."
