"Douglas and his assistant arrived at promised time (after confirmation phone call) and confirmed the old water heater was leaking and needed to be replaced. They removed leaking unit and replace with a Rheem tank water heater. The work was completed in a timely manner and the old water heater taken. They explained how the water heater worked and how to adjust and maintenance I could perform to assure peak performance. The work quality was excellent and professional."

"When my water heater went out, it was replaced with a tankless water heater. Anthony installed it and performs yearly maintenance on it along with my second water heater tank. Anthony is my "go to guy" for all things plumbing. He is fast and efficient. He is a master plumber and it shows. I have had at least 4 projects around the house that required a skilled plumber. "Carlos was hired through a home warranty claim for gas water heater replacement. He was professional, courteous and did a very clean install; no putty all over the place and properly insulated pipes. There was also disconnect between warranty company estimate and actual cost and he adjusted cost accordingly. Tough to find that kind of integrity.
