Carlos was hired through a home warranty claim for gas water heater replacement. He was professional, courteous and did a very clean install; no putty all over the place and properly insulated pipes. There was also disconnect between warranty company estimate and actual cost and he adjusted cost accordingly. Tough to find that kind of integrity. He clearly takes pride in his work and highly recommend to anyone looking for plumbing service.

After Carlos contacted me by phone and listened to my problem he offered to come by the very same day to look at what needed to be done and give me a FREE estimate. He is very knowledgeable, was able to do the job the next day. Arrived on time! Not even 24 hours later I had a new water heater installed plus some other work done!
