Caliente Water had a plumber available within hours of my Angi request. They sent Rudy, who arrived promptly and listened as I explained the issue and what other plumbers had said. It was a simple clogged bathroom sink, but Rudy was professional, courteous, and clearly experienced. He diagnosed the problem quickly and offered a fair price—less than half of what Champion Home Service quoted me, even with my Shield membership and their 10% discount! That was eye-opening. It made me realize how some "big" companies lose touch with customers and inflate prices once they grow. I’m ready to move on. Rudy explained each step as he worked, and true to his word, the sink was unclogged. Quick, clean, and effective. Great experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Caliente Water for honest and quality plumbing service!

They did not anchor my pedestal sink to the wall or caulk the base or sink basin. I spent a lot of money for incomplete work.

Let's cut to the chase...Ryan was timely to the minute, gave a thorough explanation of all options after evaluating, priced materials and service fairly, and delivered not just same day but same time frame completion. This guy is our guy going forward and you should give him and his company a bid option for your projects as well.

Would give 6 Stars if I could. I will start off by saying that Caliente Plumbing Heating and Air is now the one I will turn to for all my plumbing needs. I was having issues with my water heater and called Caliente to schedule a time to have a technician come out. The ease of making the appointment and the amount of time it took to get a technician to the house was outstanding. Ryan showed up to the house, began troubleshooting right away, isolated the probable cause of my issue, then discussed the options to get everything back up and running. You could not ask for somebody more knowledgeable than Ryan. He took the time to discuss all options, the different products available the cost breakdown. Having had a water heater that was 13 years old I decided to go with a total replacement. Ryan showed up two days later as scheduled and with the help of Jared, he installed a new pressure regulator valve, water softener, and water heater in impeccable time. The professionalism and courteous service that Ryan and Jerrod displayed go above and beyond all expectations. Everything was installed to my satisfaction and the area looked even better than before they started. Ryan went though all the operations of both the water softener and the water heater and did not leave until I was completely satisfied. The owner should be completely proud of the people he has working for him. I highly recommend Caliente and if you do choose to go with them for any of your needs, ask for Ryan, you will not go wrong.

Extremely friendly and patient technician. Actually spoke TO my girlfriend rather than AT her, took the time to explain everything so well that she was able to explain to me what he was suggesting, which was a better and cheaper repair than what I had originally figured. How many companies would explain and advocate for a cheaper repair!? That's how honest and customer focused they were. Highly recommend them, there's a reason they have 5stars on Yelp, Google, etc.
