Ricardo was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and gave an accurate timeline for completion of the project. On the last day I had a doctors appointment and he waited for my return to connect and program my rain bird to wi-fi for access from my phone. He also took his time to show me each zone, turn them on, how to change the days or times I want to water, and how to give access to family members. Ricardo was very nice and said he would be back to ensure everything is going well with the irrigation system. He even put everything needed for n irrigation system in the backyard just in case I decide to get it done in the future. I highly recommend Obregon L&I. "Tri-County was extremely professional, timely, responsive, and overall very easy to work with. They installed a new sprinkler system in front and back yards, then waited until I had new flowers planted in 3 flower beds to return and install the drip irrigation. They were very accommodative of working with me on the timing and made sure that the project turned out great! I even reduced the size of a couple flower beds after the sprinkler system was installed but before the drip irrigation was installed, and they moved the sprinkler heads to make sure the new sod I have to lay will have adequate water coverage. "I went great! Terrance came out the afternoon I called. He assessed the situation, established a plan and provided an estimate on the spot, which he detailed and followed up with a formal email bid when he got back to the office. The construction of the addition had also left a great deal of bare ground and we had Andy's re-sod the grass. They provided some of the most beautiful grass I have seen in awhile. Work started on a Tuesday; the drainage system was finished on Thursday; the grass installation on Saturday morning. These folks are very professional. I see that some reviewers have said their prices are a little high. Having seen what too much runoff and flooding can do to property, we wanted a well established company to do the work and felt the bid was fair for the job. Once work got underway, we knew we had made the right choice."
