"He diagnosed the issue and possible solutions. He let me watch him work, and he answered questions. He gave me two possible solutions to the problem and freely indicated how to change out the required parts, if I chose to do so. He also indicated the parts are widely available on-line saving me more money. So I paid him for his service, bought the required parts, and replaced/installed them in the heater myself."

"I was originally interested in finding someone to clean out the slime at the bottom of our pool. Tim was extremely quick to respond. He even made a special trip at his own expense to assess what needed to be done at my pool. Unfortunately, it had been sitting so long, that both the equipment and plaster needed to be replaced, and that was not in our budget. I was very impressed with his professionalism and his desire to serve us, as potential customers. I can tell he has a lot of knowledge of pool equipment and pool maintenance. From the professionalism he displayed during my brief interactions with Symbri, I would certainly recommend to others that they give this company a chance to quote on their pool repair and maintenance projects. "My sister previously lived at my home and paid for pool cleaning services with Essential Pools at an established rate. I had some concerns with the service during this period, but allowed her to handle these. She moved out and I assumed responsibility for the same pool and services. I notice EP invoiced me an increase of approximately 35% from what my sister was invoiced, with no prior communication or notice. A significant price change without prior discussion or transparency is disappointing and not what I would expect from a professional service provider. I understand providers can increase/charge what they like, but it should be communicated to the customer ahead of time so they can decide if they want to proceed at that increased rate."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Consultation with the local government helps identify necessary permits, avoid project delays or legal issues, and protect project integrity.

Errors in site preparation can lead to structural failures or appear costly midway. Professionals ensure detailed, reliable home base development layouts.

Land surveying can help give clear guidance on your property boundaries for numerous situations. And in some cases, having your land surveyed is a requirement. Some common reasons to have your land surveyed include:

  • Planning for construction projects, like building a fence

  • Locating utilities, such as plumbing fixtures

  • Settling property line disputes

  • Creating subdivisions

  • Meeting mortgage requirements

  • Selling your property

This is fairly rare, but sometimes the local government or a group like a historical society will label a tree as a landmark, or historical item. These designations almost always come with a small, on-site plaque for identification, but you should also be able to look up protected trees in your area on a city website or similar list. If the tree in question is a landmark, call your local government and ask how to proceed before making any plans.
