We do everything with one concept in mind. "We are very happy with the whole process of designing our landscaping, the installation and the follow up. Jon drew great designs for us, worked with us to stay in our budget, talked about plants, substitutions and the best ones for the outcome we wanted. We have designed, updated and had landscaping installed a number of times so we know a little about plants and what works and doesn’t for Houston’s climate. We also knew what we wanted to see as an outcome, including landscape lighting. Jon and his crew do very good work and Jon is onsite quite a bit during the whole process, and very flexible in making changes on the fly and adapting and being practical in solutions to get the desired outcome. He and his crew are dependable, show up when he says they will, and he is very responsive and communicative! We will continue to use Jon/JB Landscape and highly recommend him!"

"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."

You can visit our customers' homes to see work that we've completed, and in some situations, actually meet and discuss their landscaping experiences with us. "Kirsch performed exactly as agreed. They said they could do a full garden makeover for our front entrance in 2 days and they did. New plants, new stone edgings, new plants, a low maintenance black rock base, landscape lighting to improve sidewalk safety and re-routing water sprinklers as needed resulted in a much needed change for the church. The crew was prompt, polite and put in a good day’s work each day. As an added bonus, they started on a second makeover project at another entrance by installing all new stone edging. This project will require some drainage changes and should be completed by summer. When all is finished, we are in discussions with Kirsch about handling on-going garden maintenance. The congregation has been very complementary of the change. It is low maintenance, very attractive and ties into the Kirsch Landscape design of the associated school on the property. This project not only provides a refreshing, uplifting welcome to visitors, it also helps minimize garden maintenance. I would invite anyone in the Houston area to come look at our garden to see the excellent work of this company.
