Mario and his team are top notch. He is responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. He shows up when he says he will show up, and does what he says he will do. His installers are professional, curtious, and clean up after themselves everyday. I have already recommended his company to family members and neighbors. We plan do do more house projects with MR in the future.

Mario’s team installed new tile flooring in the bathroom as well as a new tile wall backsplash for the tub area. The bathroom tile is flawless! The crew was respectful; music , noise, and machinery was kept at a low volume. The crew took direction well when we wanted to achieve certain results or features. The floors were protected each day and the entire work space was cleaned up each night.

We needed to replace all of the existing tile in our large entry hall, downstairs family area, dining, kitchen, guest bathroom and laundry room. Mario and his crew were professional and experienced, kept us informed daily on what to expect during each phase of the project and completed the installation within the time promised. We paid approximately $12,000 and our new tile is beautiful. We confidently recommend M R Ceramic to anyone needing tile newly installed or replaced and will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Mario and his crew did excellent and precise work as promised. Removed old flooring and hauled away, spic and span. "Nee", one of Mario's installers went above and beyond, accepting a delivery and storing in garage while he worked. I felt completely safe and Mario kept me informed, sending requested pictures of the progress and answered questions throughout. I would hire them in a heartbeat and highly recommend for their quality work and ethics. Paid half up front and half when job was complete. Wish I could post pictures. Beautiful job, timely manner.

Mario and his crew did an exceptional job replacing my old carpet in the master bedroom with porcelain wood tile. I wanted something similar to what I had in the rest of my house, but that particular tile was no longer in stock. Mario was able to come up with something that fit perfect. Mario worked around multiple issues that came up on our end during our project with grace and so much patience. Not only did he work with us on these issues we should have had handled before he started the job but he delivered some incredible tile work. They completed the job in less time than we were quoted, stayed in budget, cleaned up after themselves and did an absolutely PERFECT job on our tile! HIRE THEM! I could keep going on about how wonderful they are but their work speaks for itself. We’re very happy with Mario’s tile cuts, laying, and gorgeous small grout lines. He worked expeditiously to knock out the tile project in a half bath and entry area.
