Fountain is clean and running again thanks to Chad and crew. They cleaned and power washed all the way down to the cement support blocks and then reassembled. Chad also made some design improvements to better help keep the pump clean in the future, and he improved the water flow so that the three urns were balanced evenly. I'm not sure why this member took so long to reply via the Angie's List message portal, but I'm glad I waited for them. They did an excellent job! Next time, however, I will call Garden Accents directly instead of relying on a communication via this website.

Purchase went ok. Original quote for install was $850. I said no. I found a couple of installers that would do it for $450. They said they would match the price, then when they sent an invoice, the price was at $650. When I called, the person on the phone actually yelled at me (at least she did apologize later). The installation went ok (note: they did not follow manufacturer's installation instructions). Unfortunately, the fountain required a change to prevent it from spraying water everywhere (outside of fountain) because the water was coming out of the top too aggressively. Manufacturer recommends putting a T in the line to help with this (an easy fix). I've made 3 appointments so far and 3 no shows/no calls by the installer. After the no-shows, they don't call me to reschedule - rather, I have had to call them to reschedule every time. They then schedule another visit, but continue to not come out. It appears that I must now hire another contractor to fix it

Anthony called Sat morning ( I had called the office on Friday)  Anthony and Chad took the fountain apart, pressure washed and stabilized the foundation by laying concrete under the ground.  They then reinstalled the fountain.  They even lined up the designs.
The fountain looks brand new.  They cleaned everything up, put the moss rocks back around the landscaping area and filled it in with dirt.  Very happy with their work! Would definitely use them again!

They are a family business and custom make their water features.  They are very conscientious and customer service oriented.  They do excellent work, listen to suggestions and offer good ideas about design and construction.  They are competitive in price.  The only negative thing that I could add is they are a little loose in their scheduling.

There wasn't a whole lot to repair, but they did what was necessary; see above.

We went to their showroom and looked at the variety of fountains and garden statuary that they had to offer and selected the fountain we wanted. They create the fountains on-site and so we were able to customize several aspects of it as well as select a color and a finish. They were able to deliver it and install it a couple of weeks later. They did a quick and effective job and the fountain is beautiful. We have had no problems since. The price was great for a stone fountain. I did have to call after a few days for some maintenance pointers, but the staff was always courteous and helpful.
