More than 6 months with the system reporting that it was not installed properly it does not work, reported they can send to measure for repair terrible operation service . does not make it damage me credit I will not pay for a system that does not work.

This has been a horrible experience , ive read lot of the reviews I?ve been seeing are exactly what we have been dealing with., we having been waiting for things to get fixed and so many promises but nothing has been delivered , we have been really disappointed until now we have no one answering our calls or trying to reach out . In the beginning was a good start but that?s it after that downhill it was .

Please please look at all the negative reviews for this company. Every negative review has the same issue! They install, act like they care they are contributing to making your home better and then when it comes time to having service they are no where to be found. They also added a water pressure pump that broke a few months later and it was the only service call they came to. They picked it up and never replaced it. We having been calling this company for over 6 months and they do not show up to any appointments they schedule. One of the tanks is broken and our problems at home with water have just gotten worse. Luis is one of the worst owners a company can have. We have directly dealt with him and he lies to our faces about coming to service the product that he sold us and who gave us lifetime warranty. Do not trust or waste the thousand of dollars you will waste with this company. It hasn?t even been a year since we purchased from them.

Luis is a Liar, bad business owner, set over 10 apt to fix my legitimate issues on a product him and his company sold ME (I pay cash to him directly) and never showed up, it is unfortunately that I gave him and this company my hard earn money. TRUSTING LUIS AND THIS COMPANY IS A BAD IDEA STAY AWAY OR PRAY THAT YOU DON'T NEED SERVICE DOWN THE ROAD. STAY AWAY (1 STAR IS TOO HIGH FOR THIS COMPANY-LUIS IS A LIAR) DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH SUPERIOR HOME PERFORMANCE GAVE THEM ABOUT 6 MONTHS TO GET THIS RECTIFIED THEY CHOSE NOT TO FIX IT) THEY STOLE FROM ME I PAY THEM FOR WATER PUMP - THAT I DON'T HAVE AND THEY CHARGE ME FOR IT ON TOP OF EVERYTHING ELSE ETC

I got this water system installed in 2023. There's been a leak under the sink where they installed their equipment which has resulted in my wood floor being messed up. I scheduled for service call saturday 2/22/25. I called since the time frame they gave me was about to expire and they said they couldn't make it. rescheduled to 2/23 and they no showed. I've been trying ever since to get ahold of someone with no response. I definitely regret this purchase and do not recommend!

We purchased our water system in April 2024, and since January 2025, we have had issues with the water in our main bathroom. Despite numerous attempts, we finally spoke with the owner, Luis, on February 12th. He visited on February 15th, bypassed the system, and promised to return within a week to reset it. On the agreed-upon date, he did not show up, answer calls, or respond to messages. Attempts to reach the company via your contact numbers have been futile. On rare occasions when we managed to speak with someone, we were met with false promises of callbacks or visits to resolve the issue. Consequently, we have decided to find a new company and purchase a new system from a reputable business. My nephew, who recommended your company, also faced poor service and missed appointments. I regret choosing to do business with your company and cannot recommend your services to others.

This is a purchase I sincerely regret and for many reasons. They made many promises and guarantees that were complete lies. A few examples are the two bags of salt that they were supposed to deliver, the soaps and cleaning fluid that "100%" come with the system program was a huge lie. That one was a big selling point. Our kitchen faucet lost 90% water pressure within the first week. Most importantly the company will not communicate at all once the system has been installed. I have the entire sales pitch and everything that was guaranteed on camera. As well as all proof of the attempts we have made just to try and speak to someone. I am now filing with the BBB. All could have been avoided if they would have simply communicated. Be careful if you are thinking about doing business with this company.

This company installed a water softener and reverse osmosis system in my home. Our water is very hard and I could feel a difference right away. Luis assured that everything went as it should and that I am completely satisfied with my purchase. It is refreshing to work with such a professional who cares about my happiness with their product. I am completely satisfied, actually I am more than satisfied with their red carpet treatment and professionalism and wonderful product. Well worth it!

Lewis who is the one who knocked on my door and sold me his system.... He's absolutely a funny outstanding,trustworthy, professional gentleman... He knows his water systems and , reverse osmosis system in and out.. not only did he provide us with our grass in our backyard for free, But provided great, fast, clean and professional work. they were quick, in and out, with apsolutly no problems. They also checked on us two different times since we've had the system it's only been a month and a half. Wait there's more,ð ¤ ð ¤ ð ¤ ð ¤ that's right MORE!!!!! READY FOR THIS ONE!!!!!! I was just informed today that if you get 7 people to either, get there water tested in their home, you'll get a 50$ gift card for each person that gets there water tested,,,,,, or if 6 of the 7 buy a water system.. your water system is !!! FREE FREE FREE FREE Louis will personally wright a check for your water system he installed in your home. don't quote me on this but if you sell six of the seven or the 7 water systems, he'll probably more than likely offer you a sales rep job 8f ones available haha.... The best company for a water softener, very kind, hard working. Aaron was excellent and very professional, the installer was very knowledgeable, did great work, and was very nice. Luis the owner is great, trustworthy , explained everything to us he is very honest. I giving them 10/10. I am referring all my friends and family to them. Excellent service!

I did a fair amount of research on water softeners before I reached out to anyone. I was initially going to buy from a box box store and have someone install it for me. I found Luis and Superior Home Performance through HomeAdvisor and was extremely pleased with his candid advice and no pressure options. I have a 4000sq ft home with 7 occupants and thought it was crazy how so many people spend thousands and thousands of dollars for a system. Luis had his crew out within a few days and we have enjoyed our soft water for several weeks now. I would highly recommend superior home performance for your water softener needs.
