We had an excellent first time experience. The installers showed up on time, explained how the process would work, answered our questions and then did an excellent job of completely removing the damaged wood plank and replacing it. They were careful in our home and left things cleaner than they found them. We’ll definitely use them again.

Dennis did whatever he could to make us happy, efficient, fast delivery of vinyl flooring on their end that was needed for my floor so that they could come install the vinyl and remove the carpet. Kept in contact to make sure everything was going according to plan and no confusion. What he says is what he does. Very knowledgeable and much experience. Once he came into the bedrooms and master closet to measure, he knew off the top of his head the estimates needed and found the exact flooring in the blink of an eye. Other companies were dishonest and charging double or even triple than Super Floor Store. I am very happy with the job and with the service! Thank you Dennis!! We’ll do business again for sure!

They redid four fabulous divider facings to match our beautiful fireplace flooring. They truly provided fantastic service. Their remodeling store has so much to chose from.
