"Jorge & Laura and their crew are just amazing! Not only do they do great pool renovations, but Jorge is an expert at finding a leak. Laura helped me pick the right colors & tones to make my "natural" waterfall and pool coping come to life. They definitely take the extra time and effort to make their clients happy. It's comforting to finally have an honest contractor that's good at what they do and not just a lot of talk. They did my pool coping, tile and renovated my barely-working water features into a wonderful waterfall and side scuppers. Both Jorge & Laura are patient and answered all my MANY questions about pools, water features, and even sprinkler systems and fences. They do it all. The pic was before the pool was refilled. Jon drew great designs for us, worked with us to stay in our budget, talked about plants, substitutions and the best ones for the outcome we wanted. We also knew what we wanted to see as an outcome, including landscape lighting. "Prior to Zodega, my irrigation company was Taylor Irrigation Service, with which I was very happy. Zodega bought out Taylor and I began to do business with them. Zodega is unresponsive and unprofessional. I had work done a month ago by Zodega and was having issues. I called three times on a Thursday and two times on Friday. No one ever responded. They have an answering service and customers are not allowed to speak to any employee directly. When finally I called on Friday evening, the answering service stated no one would contact me till Monday. I was told the Zodega has bought out several companies. Apparently they are growing but their customer satisfaction and service is going out the window. Plan to change companies immediately for my future services."

"I could not be happier with my new backyard! This was my third backyard by Fresh Start but my first experience with Jeff and Rita. They designed a complete backyard for my home that was built a little over a year ago. In addition to the landscaping they extended my existing porch with pavers, built a fire pit with surrounding bench, and installed a custom water feature. They were able to figure out exactly what I wanted with just their initial consultation. I only made two minor changes to their original design. The plants gave me an array of leaf color and shape and were beyond my expectations. Their crew was punctual, efficient, and incredibly talented. It’s easy to see why Fresh Start has been in business for so long."

"We had just finished a 20K dollar renovation of our home and came in a little over budget. So, naturally, when we determined we would have to start saving money, our sewer line broke. We had suspected there could be an issue in the past and were told that we were looking at a 15K job. We were mortified, and called Sam the Plumber to get a second opinion. Their representative was very understanding of our situation and we were relieved when he said they could have everything done 2 days from then, at only 3K dollars. This place was a relief after several months of dishonest contractors and headaches. We highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs."

"I have done business with IOE for almost a decade and as I had them do more projects the more frustrated I became. It was a different and much better company under the original owner Bret. Since Cory has taken over, all he does is make the sell and send you the bill. When I have an issue, it will take him over a week to respond. In a recent project I hired IOE for was to replace my fence. The installers used too long of nails which came through on the neighbors side. My neighbor shared his concern for safety and when I contacted Cory, it took him 3 days to respond and longer than a week to resolve. I don't know if they have gotten too busy but when you spend money you expect them to respond especially when it is regarding safety. If you hire IOE here is what you can expect: expensive cost, long/poor response times and a laundry list of excuses from Cory. I would not recommend."
