"I bought two different systems. First a plain mini split to heat cool the rack of batteries that serve as storage for my off grid solar plant. The second was two mini splits that heat and cool my cabin. For the cabin I chose high efficiency ducted system. Inside it looks just like central heat and air and it’s quiet. Perfect Air worked with me choosing a system that was the high efficiency I needed as I am off grid and the cosmetic I wanted for inside. Waylon installed both systems and I’ve been super happy with them. The only issue I had was a tree frog suiciding on the circuit board (I have zero clue how he squeezed in through the gasket). Wayon promptly came out and repaired and it’s been awesome since then. 5 of 5 would recommend for purchase, installation and follow-up"
