Electrical Service
Great they came twice one to diagnose and once to switch out the breaker both servicemen were courteous and quick. The dispatcher called ahead both times to let us know they were coming.

The main reason I didn't go with them is because their warranty was just okay not as good as other companies. Labor was a lot less than others. There were also a couple pages of terms and conditions which if any of them happen, the customer would be responsible. You must sign to get service done.

Everything went well, and we were happy with the service. The company was very responsive which made scheduling easy, and the technicians were very professional and trustworthy. Furthermore, they allowed my husband to buy and install the necessary part himself which saved us money.

Generator Installation
They do what they said they were going to do. They come check our unit to make sure everything is working. I had a couple of thermostats that lightning strikes on them and they replaced them without any charge. The whole system has a 10 year warranty on it so it's probably a part of the warranty. I think it's a fair price.

They were fantastic. They worked good with my schedule and they were very helpful. They answered every one of my questions without hesitation so far they have been true. The price was best I found. I would use them again in the future and they are going to put my generator in.
