They called right away to set up appointment but on the appointed date, they didn't show up. My information was lost; I was not placed in their datebook (apparently they were moving office location). I did get rescheduled, they came out and then gave me a quote, which was less than what I had already paid. Somehow, they didn't realize I had paid through Angie's list. I was told that the owner would contact me to figure out what happened because they said they were not paid by Angie's list. I never received a phone call from the owner. I actually called the gentleman who gave me the quote on several occasions to see when the job was going to be performed. I felt I was getting the run around; so I contacted Angie's list to obtain a refund. Then finally I get a call (not from the owner) and my insulation was finally installed exactly one month after purchasing the package. I gave them a "D" instead of an "F" because I'm not sure if they lost my information or Angie's list didn't give them my information (or they were not paid appropriately).

Fabulous.  He added batting around the a/c heater where needed, put batting in the attic access door, and added blown-in insulation to entire attic (it's getting cold outside now!).  Gary was very neat - he put down tarps to protect our new wood floors.  Whole job took just under an hour.  Highly recommend him!

Gary was extremely professional, left everything perfectly clean, and did a fantastic job!  They were in and out in a timely fashion and I cannot say enough good things!  I would use him again and recommend him to my neighbors and friends.  He and his wife were very easy to work with and responded quickly.  The whole thing was very easy!

The owner, Mr. Stevenson, over saw everything.  His employees have been working for him for  years which says a lot about the company as a whole.  They were done within an hour.  The product was of extremely high quality as it had no odor or dust.  The price was extremely reasonable especially for the quality of the product and service.  I immediately noticed a difference in my home as it is remaining much cooler and we no longer need the additional AC unit we had in our bedroom.  Also our main AC unit is no longer running constantly as the insulation has been keeping the the cold air in the house.  They were able to give us an estimate over the phone and the price was spot on for the actual job.  I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.

The company did a great job. The owner was very informative when he came out to discuss what was needed.  His schedule was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks to get on the calendar.  We have not had the insulation long enough to know how much it has helped but they did a great job installing it so I expect it to make a big difference.  The owner was on the job site the entire time supervising the 2 men that did the work.  He would ask me questions to make sure that they did it exactly like I would like.  It took them half a day to do the work but they arrived on time, if not a little earlier, then they stated they would be here.  Both of the owners were exceptionally friendly.  A pleasure to do business with!!!

They worked quickly and efficiently. I was surprised how quickly it got done. They were very clean and conscientious about covering the carpet and stairs and they cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing to speak of left for me to clean when they finished. I loved the personable service and felt confident in their work from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them to others and use their services should I need insulation again.

Personal service, was punctual, and completed the job on schedule. We received an estimate on adding insulation to attic. They offered very good recommendations on how we could achieve additional energy efficiency. Insulated attic all access doors, did a lot of detail insulation work around existing infrastructure. Recommended the right balance of work for value added. Very personal service and listen to the customer wishes great care in work being conducted. I would use hime again.

Mr. Stevenson and his crew arrived on time.  They when to work immediately blowing in the attic insulation and completed the job in approximately 1.5 hrs.  They cleaned up the work area and I was very happy with the completed job.

The job did take longer than estimated due to the amount of insulation that needed to be removed. They were conscientious and they went over and above by resealing some duct work to prevent leaks.
