They were very courteous and had good workmanship. They cleaned up the job properly. They were on-time and overall I had a good experience.

I went with another insulation company. I don't really think they are doing much insulation now days, so they are really kind of haphazard on getting back to you. That was my biggest thing is they weren't very responsive on getting back to me. I actually had to call them several times and leave messages on their voice recorder.

They called right away to set up appointment but on the appointed date, they didn't show up. My information was lost; I was not placed in their datebook (apparently they were moving office location). I did get rescheduled, they came out and then gave me a quote, which was less than what I had already paid. Somehow, they didn't realize I had paid through Angie's list. I was told that the owner would contact me to figure out what happened because they said they were not paid by Angie's list. I never received a phone call from the owner. I actually called the gentleman who gave me the quote on several occasions to see when the job was going to be performed. I felt I was getting the run around; so I contacted Angie's list to obtain a refund. Then finally I get a call (not from the owner) and my insulation was finally installed exactly one month after purchasing the package. I gave them a "D" instead of an "F" because I'm not sure if they lost my information or Angie's list didn't give them my information (or they were not paid appropriately).

The person who came out to look at what I wanted done was very nice and informative. He looked in my attic to see what I wanted done. When he saw the wood flooring he mentioned that it would have to be taken up for them to complete their job. I asked him if he could ask his boss if they would consider doing it for me or knew someone who would. He said he would ask. After about 30 min. he left and told me I would hear from him the next day either by phone or e-mail. This was appt happened on 8/10/16 at 4:30 and I have never heard anything back from the company.

Fabulous. He added batting around the a/c heater where needed, put batting in the attic access door, and added blown-in insulation to entire attic (it's getting cold outside now!). Gary was very neat - he put down tarps to protect our new wood floors. Whole job took just under an hour. Highly recommend him!

Gary was extremely professional, left everything perfectly clean, and did a fantastic job! They were in and out in a timely fashion and I cannot say enough good things! I would use him again and recommend him to my neighbors and friends. He and his wife were very easy to work with and responded quickly. The whole thing was very easy!

The owner, Mr. Stevenson, over saw everything. His employees have been working for him for years which says a lot about the company as a whole. They were done within an hour. The product was of extremely high quality as it had no odor or dust. The price was extremely reasonable especially for the quality of the product and service. I immediately noticed a difference in my home as it is remaining much cooler and we no longer need the additional AC unit we had in our bedroom. Also our main AC unit is no longer running constantly as the insulation has been keeping the the cold air in the house. They were able to give us an estimate over the phone and the price was spot on for the actual job. I was very impressed and extremely pleased with their service. I would highly recommend them.

The company did a great job. The owner was very informative when he came out to discuss what was needed. His schedule was pretty busy so it took a couple of weeks to get on the calendar. We have not had the insulation long enough to know how much it has helped but they did a great job installing it so I expect it to make a big difference. The owner was on the job site the entire time supervising the 2 men that did the work. He would ask me questions to make sure that they did it exactly like I would like. It took them half a day to do the work but they arrived on time, if not a little earlier, then they stated they would be here. Both of the owners were exceptionally friendly. A pleasure to do business with!!!

They worked quickly and efficiently. I was surprised how quickly it got done. They were very clean and conscientious about covering the carpet and stairs and they cleaned up after themselves. There was nothing to speak of left for me to clean when they finished. I loved the personable service and felt confident in their work from beginning to end. I will definitely recommend them to others and use their services should I need insulation again.

Personal service, was punctual, and completed the job on schedule. We received an estimate on adding insulation to attic. They offered very good recommendations on how we could achieve additional energy efficiency. Insulated attic all access doors, did a lot of detail insulation work around existing infrastructure. Recommended the right balance of work for value added. Very personal service and listen to the customer wishes great care in work being conducted. I would use hime again.

Mr. Stevenson and his crew arrived on time. They when to work immediately blowing in the attic insulation and completed the job in approximately 1.5 hrs. They cleaned up the work area and I was very happy with the completed job.

The job did take longer than estimated due to the amount of insulation that needed to be removed. They were conscientious and they went over and above by resealing some duct work to prevent leaks.

They came out within a week of my call to provide an estimate. After we gave them the go ahead they started the project a week later. They completed the work within one day. I was really satisfied with their work.

They arrived on time and completed the work in 2.5 hours. They cleaned up very well and we hardly knew they were in the attic while they did the insulating. I recommend them to anyone.

Stevenson showed up on time and Gary was a pleasure and a treasure ! They were very conscientious about my floors and put down drop cloths. They found some strange things in my attic that I didn't even know were up there. Old a/c venting, a shotgun shell, cat food can, and a bean bag game board . I didn't know they were going to go through and remove stuff that may hinder the efficiency of my new insulation, but that showed me the attention to the quality of their work. They completed the job in just a couple of hours, cleaned up nicely and I could immediately tell the difference in the coolness of the house. I would definitely recommend Stevenson Insulation..

The crew (and Mr. Stephenson himself) arrived a few minutes before the scheduled time and were set up and ready to go within minutes. The whole procedure took only a couple hours and was of no inconvenience to me at all. I barely knew they were there. The clean up left no evidence of their presence. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needed insulation in their home.

Added blown in attic insulation. The attics in my house are basically divided into three parts. One section required a hole to be cut in the roof since there was no access. But it was agreed that an attic vent needed to be added there since there was no high point ventilation in that section. Mr. Stevenson contracts out his roofing work to Ochoa Roofing, who did an excellent job by the way. Overall it was a positive experience. The price for the work done was appropriate. All work was done in the morning; they finished before lunch time.

They were on-time and cleaned up when they were done. Mr. Stevenson was very helpful and came with his workers to make sure they were doing a good job.They fixed the door to my attic better than it was before. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends.

Gary with Stevenson Insulation arrived precisely on time, ready to go. They put tarps down on all of the floors, covering every inch of floor where the workers went. They were efficient and careful with everything in our house. They made suggestions for other repairs that we need (that they would not be doing, such as roofing issues), they were polite and friendly. We could feel the house cooling down within a few hours of the work being completed. I would highly recommend Stevenson Insulation, and would call on them for any other insulating needs that we might have.

It was one of the better experiences I've had. She gave me a great estimate on the phone, based on square footage. They actually stuck to their estimate after coming to my house. They were accommodating when I wanted to add extra insulation, for a very reasonable price. They also checked my vents and lined my garage as well. The job was done in a timely manner and they were punctual, as well. They were great to work with and I wanted others to know! They had received good reviews on Angie's List, and I was glad to help out a local company. I've already seen improvement on my electric bill.

Gary was very respnsive and attentative throughout the entire process. He responded quickly for my initial request for quote and came out himself to look over the house and quote. He took the time to walk me through the process and I didn't get the feeling that he was trying to sell me any added unnecessary services as a couple of items we discussed he mentioned weren't worth the price. I was initially going to get another quote, but afer having trouble just getting other providers to come out to the house and quote me, I decided to go with Gary. He showed up promptly the day of the job and supervised his crew the entire time. Everything looked great and his crew made an effort to keep the house clean. May just be my imagination, but it already feels cooler in my house and am looking forward to seeing the energy savings. Gary uses a very nice product for his insulation and while you may be able to find a cheaper product elsewhere, it is most likely not the same quality or will provide the same benefits. All in all, a great experience and I would highly recommend Gary to anyone else looking to upgrade the quality of their insulation.

The estimate and job discussion was held on schedule and was complete and the cost was competitive. When Stevenson's office was called to schedule a work day, the call back was prompt. The crew arrived on time. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I inspected the work and it exceeded my expectations. The crew accually did more that required, this home is a recently bought remodel and not much was done to the garage during the remodeling work and there was old personal stuff, Christmas tree, etc, stored when I had not seen it and the crew spent an un-planned half hour removing these things.
