They did an excellent job removing my old damaged tile floor, repairing my subfloor, and replacing it with beautiful new tile and trim. They worked with me to address the unexpected subfloor damage and explained everything as they went. I would definitely hire them again!

Paid ($8,296.50) around August 03, 2022. Problem with material quality, problem with interior painter (spilled paint on new carpet) wall not painted properly. The end result I should have received a copy of the the inspection and certification for WINDSTORM which I have asked for multiple times only to be ignored. NOW THEY ARE GOING TO CANCEL MY WINDSTORM INSURANCE. I have tried my best to stay in contact but owner will not respond.

They were great, and most importantly they did what they said they were going to. And they made sure I was satisfied.

There was only one worker for our repairs. He worked very hard and did a good job. It would have been better to have had him a helper and the job could have been completed in 4 days instead of almost 2 weeks. We still had paint on the floors where he painted the baseboards.

My husband and I were wanting to finish up some remodeling work that was left undone from our previous contractor after Harvey. We needed to have our above the stove microwave and our backslash installed. I contacted Angieâ s List and within a short time Derek called and arranged a time later that day to look at the job and give an estimate. Derek showed up on time, and was very professional. He told us that he would provide us a estimate later that day. We received the estimate within an hour. My husband and I were very pleased with the estimate. And we were able to start the project that week. Derek and his crew showed up at the time expected. The job was complete in just two days and I absolutely love it. I recommend Assess Construction to anyone that needs home repair or remodel.

The job was completed quickly and with high quality. Im very happy with the reconstruction of my rent house. The team sent out was friendly and professional.
