I had a monthly service contract with them. They would come; check my air conditioning and do all the necessary work including checking the Freon levels. I called them about a month ago to do just a service call. They said they would but did not ever come out; even when I called the owner.

The work went fair but I am pretty sure they overcharged for what they did. I told them they did not need to hurry so they kept pushing the ready date out. They changed a $7 seal on the truck and the bill was over $400. I also had them check the air conditioner but that should not total anywhere...
