We are from Louisiana, young and driven & went to college in Canada and started a painting company in Montreal, we have moved back to Louisiana after many years and are expanding down in Louisiana, we’re family owned and have great prices and are willing to go the extra step to satisfy our customers. Our prices are great and greatly reasonable for turn around for apartments or just regular maintenance such as drywall repair.

They both use air ducts to transport cool or hot air around your home to achieve a comfortable temperature set by your thermostat. An AC runs on electricity, while a furnace can use different fuel sources.

You should service your AC at least once per year, in the spring, and twice per year if your unit is 10 years or older. As your unit ages, more maintenance can catch problems early and help the system reach its full lifespan potential, usually 15 years.
