"I called on a Thursday to accept their bid for a skylight replacement. They set an appointment for Monday, but called me Friday morning to let me know they fabricated my skylight early, and asked me if they could do it on that day! Oscar came on time, performed the work and called me outside to show me the work progress and explain what was being done. They completed the work on time, and cleaned up well."
