H&H sent out the owner to do the work estimate he was very nice and you could tell he knew his stuff. The crew was great, we had leaking skylights and the work was excellent, very efficient. I am totally satisfied. Highly recommended.

I gave them a lower rate on service because when Wayne came out to give the estimate, he didn't let me know he was there and I didn't know he was there until I heard the noise on my roof. I found that disconcerting and almost didn't do business with them, but their price was fair and they communicated well after that. Although they arrived later than scheduled to do the install, they communicated that they had to make a delivery and arrived when they said they would. The work was done timely and Oscar let me know what was happening and was happy to answer my questions.

I called on a Thursday to accept their bid for a skylight replacement. They set an appointment for Monday, but called me Friday morning to let me know they fabricated my skylight early, and asked me if they could do it on that day! Oscar came on time, performed the work and called me outside to show me the work progress and explain what was being done. They completed the work on time, and cleaned up well.

They were prompt, courteous and very responsive. After the installation I thought I had a large scratch. I called them and they did not hesitate to come out and look at it. Apparently it was supposed to have been buffed which removed it. Very good customer service.

They do good quality work. They messed up a little bit while doing the project but they were ready to rectify the mistake quickly. I would recommend them for their skylight services.

One of the owners accompanied the service person and, I'm confident, made sure everything was done (flashing replaced) in the best way. My only complaint would be that they did not clean up the mess on the inside of my house--debris from the repair on the roof. But it was a very hot day and they had been working for several hours. I'm sure they were exhausted.
