She would send her BEST man for the job. And that he was, Mr. Pedro Favela. Very Polite and respectful. Not only did he correct programming on sprinkler system, he check each zone, and found my rot board on my new fence covered a zone. YIKES! No wonder my grass has been dying. No hidden fees, no service charge, and quote never changed when Pedro finished the work!! $80.00 ..This is not a typo..$80.00. "My home was flooded during the February freeze as many were. I was thrilled when they responded. However, their main aim was to apply equipment to a floor that was clearly ruined, and this equipment was meant to blow air into the floor to get underneath to dry out the water. There was 1/2-3/4" of water under the floor, so this was never going to help. As long as the equipment was there, they could charge the insurance company for it. They did not remove the equipment when it was clear the floor had buckled-- they wanted to keep charging for the rental-- I had to ask them to take it away. No dehumidifers were used to reduce the 80+% humidity in my home. I asked for help to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, to remove the floor, but they refused. They made it clear they were "working for" the insurance company--I even got insurance company on the phone to say it was fine to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, but they still refused. I finally asked them to leave because they were not cooperating in helping to dry out my house. Any question I had on their invoice was met with threats over nonpayment, which was particularly insulting. They operate like an illegitimate business and I would not phone them again under any circumstance."

We had the only four tiles on the step into our shower crack over the first year and I tried for months to contact them through email. No response. I finally left my name as a new customer, and they immediately called me (funny :)). They then asked for pictures and said they could fix it. I then discovered it would cost $600 to replace the four tiles they obviously installed incorrectly the first time. Correctly installed tiles would not all crack on the outer edge."
