"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

I agree and then call back the next day to confirm part is on order - and they tell me the charge is $1,015. I asked to speak to a manager to discuss, and no one is available and no one calls me back. I bought the replacement part from a supply where house (confirming it works with my make/model of boiler) and it cost me $165. I have had other scheduling issues with them as well. Don't use them!!!!!!!!"

However, their main aim was to apply equipment to a floor that was clearly ruined, and this equipment was meant to blow air into the floor to get underneath to dry out the water. There was 1/2-3/4" of water under the floor, so this was never going to help. As long as the equipment was there, they could charge the insurance company for it. They did not remove the equipment when it was clear the floor had buckled-- they wanted to keep charging for the rental-- I had to ask them to take it away. No dehumidifers were used to reduce the 80+% humidity in my home. I asked for help to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, to remove the floor, but they refused. They made it clear they were "working for" the insurance company--I even got insurance company on the phone to say it was fine to remove sheetrock and dry out areas, but they still refused. I finally asked them to leave because they were not cooperating in helping to dry out my house. Any question I had on their invoice was met with threats over nonpayment, which was particularly insulting. They operate like an illegitimate business and I would not phone them again under any circumstance."
