These guys were fantastic. They are one of the few companies out there that that actually do what they say will do. They send you daily emails around 830 am describing the activities for the day and who will be inside your house. Their communication is great - they always answer emails and texts in a very timely matter. The master bathroom we had remodeled looks great and was done in the time period they indicated at the beginning of the process. Sure, you could probably find someone cheaper and does inferior work, however we wanted it done right the first time. Nic and Sarah and the entire team exceeded our expectations!

Remodel Specialists just completed remodeling our entire home. Every room and closet was touched by them. We remodeled our kitchen, built cabinets in our: living room, utility room, master bath, closets and craft room. They also built a mudroom. We extended our existing patio and added a fireplace. They did a fantastic job! No complaints whatsoever! The staff was wonderful to work with. We received an email every morning explaining which workers were going to show up that day and what their tasks were. They went above and beyond our expectations! You will not go wrong by hiring them. We give them an A++++.

This is the third project we have hired them to do for us on two different houses. We have been very pleased with the support they provide to select fixtures and tile as well as the skill of the workers. The office staff keeps us informed of what to expect each day and communicate any changes that are encountered.

The company did an amazing job on renovating two bathrooms, installing carpet in various areas, painting our entryway and installing a light in addition to rebuilding our primary closet. Maintained dependable and consistent communications. Sarah sent emails each morning describing the work to be expected completed each day. Outside budget expenses (shower glass) were accurately estimated helping maintain our budget. Workers were very respectful of our home and property. Project manager, Nic, patient and helpful with questions and concerns via phone calls. Jim is extremely pleasant and accommodating to my schedule when meeting up to look through different vendor sites (hardware, granite, tile, etc). This company has done exceptional work for my mother's house and ensure quality work even when the job is done months ago. If there is an issue, they will return to fix anything overlooked. I look forward to future projects with them.

This was the fifth time they have done a major remodel in our home, and for the fifth time, the results were outstanding. They do what they promise, their craftsmen are so skilled and so polite, and go out of their way to make sure their work doesn’t interfere with your routines. The project mgr keeps you informed on a daily basis of what is to be done and who is coming and when they should arrive. I can’t say enough great things about this company. I have used them so many times their employees, who by the way are all on the payroll as they do not subcontract, are like old friends to us. Please consider RS for your project.

RS is just the best experience ever. Specialists from start to finish, all their people are knowledgeable and talented in their categories...tile, plumbing, demo, woodworking, painting, etc. etc. So conscientious about my home and pleasing me. My finished primary bathroom looks like a magazine...would recommend them to any and all! Great that they are family-owned too!

We have used Remodel Specialists twice. Ten years ago, they remodeled our primary bathroom and powder room, which included a garden tub to huge walk in shower conversion, solid wood built in custom cabinets, and granite countertops. They just finished remodeling both of our upstairs bathrooms including tubs, tile, and countertops, as well as replacement of a damaged kitchen cabinet. My primary bathroom and powder room are ten years old but look brand new. No issues whatsoever. Still absolutely beautiful after ten years of daily use. The workmanship in our upstairs bathrooms is fantastic. Once again, the whole process was seamless and a good experience all around. Remodel Specialists is a family owned and operated business. It’s obvious they take pride in their work and reputation. The employees are long term and highly skilled and specialized. Jim Godre, the owner, bids the jobs and is knowledgable and experienced. Their bids are clear and detailed with no hidden surprises. They were great about explaining options, as well as coming up with creative solutions. Communication is perfect. Lori Godre sends daily status emails letting you know who and what to expect. They were always on time and did exactly what they said they’d do. They also clean up and haul off debris everyday. Everyone is extremely nice and easy to work with. Remodel Specialists previously had their showroom and cabinet shop on Spring Cypress. Don’t stop by this location. They have moved to a new location a couple of miles away. Obviously we’re very happy with the work Remodel Specialists has done for us. They do high quality work for a fair price. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.

We recently engaged Remodeling Specialist to perform some remodeling of our home. They were great to work with. They helped does decide exactly what we wanted and they did not try to oversell. They did an excellent job executing the project with no surprises. When the job was complete we only had a couple of minor punch list items which they took care of without question. We would highly recommend them.

Remodel Specialists did an amazing job with our kitchen makeover. The work was done in a highly professional manner and the crews were always polite, on-time and worked hard until the days tasks were completed. We were informed daily about the work to be performed, and the advice we got about granite choices, on-the-fly modifications, etc. was always excellent. The initial cost estimate was in-line with the final invoice and we received great value for the work done. I would recommend them to anybody looking to remodel their kitchen.

Three floors were tiled, two bathrooms and a storage closet. Great job, Ruben the tile guy has a vision to make the floor look great. I would definitely use them for any project I would have in the future.

We used these guys for our kitchen remodel 2 years ago and liked their work and them so well that we hired them to remodel our master bath. The removed the tub (we're geriatric) and installed a new shower with bench, put in new tile floor and reworked the electrical. Although my husband is impatient (these guys are busy and some days only one would be working at our house), they did a beautiful job. No corners were cut - they do beautiful work! Thanks to Jim, Lori, Sarah, Nick, Sergio, Poli, Ismael, Chino and any others I have left out. What a nice group!

The crews from Remodel Specialists did an excellent job. We especially appreciated the care and attention to detail and the fine quality carpentry. They crews all followed safety guidelines (work done during the pandemic) and we always felt comfortable with them working in our home. Jim Godre and his team listened to what we needed and made great suggestions. Shout out to Andy, who did the carpentry work, and Sergio, who handled the painting. The office team of Sarah and Lori kept us informed about the schedule. Very satisfied and would recommend to anyone who wants a quality job in their home.

Remodel Specialists did amazing work on our kitchen and bathroom remodel. We are still extremely excited about all of the updates, cabinets, and countertops and say at least once a week that we can't believe this is our kitchen! They made the remodeling process so easy and stress free. Any concerns or questions we had were answered and/or dealt with immediately. They helped us pick out all of the materials, cabinets and finishes - pointing things out to us that we never would've thought of. We also appreciate ALL of Sarah's help with MANY questions, concerns, design questions, and tile selections. We appreciate each and every person who came to work on our home. Using Angie's List, we secured several bids from highly-rated local contractors to complete a few remodel projects in our home. We wanted to replace the backsplash in our kitchen, breakfast area and butler's pantry, change out almost every light fixture in the home and build custom cabinets to increase storage in the mudroom. First met Jim Godre with Remodel Specialists when he came out to look at the work we wanted done. He arrived at the scheduled time and listened intently as we walked him through the list of items we wanted to complete. As promised, we received a detailed estimate from Jim with separate itemized totals for each part of the project . After reviewing all of the bids we received, we made the decision to hire Remodel Specialists to complete the work. From the initial consult, Jim Godre and his entire team were very professional in every aspect of the project. From the first day the work commenced, all the way through to the completion of the project, we received daily email communication from Remodel Specialists informing us of who was coming to the house that day and what item(s) of the project was being worked on. Every Remodel Specialists' employee we came in contact with was very respectful of our home and went out of their way to ensure the work area was cleaned up at the end of the day. They even went above and beyond to bring scaffolding back out to the home to lower a new chandelier that was installed too high. (Thank you Trevor!) Finally, we had custom cabinets built in the mudroom to provide additional storage. Remodel Specialists' cabinet maker, Andy, is a true craftsman. In constructing the new cabinets for the mudroom, Andy perfectly matched the cabinet style and color in the adjoining laundry room. We were in awe at how great the cabinets look and how functional the space is today. (Thank you Andy!) Based on our experience, we know we made the right decision to engage Remodel Specialists to complete the work in our home. These guys do a fantastic job. We are working through the punch list as we speak and I know when they are finished Jim's men will have done a first class job. They re-faced and painted a cabinet in our study and painted floor moldings, door jams and window sills in my study and the living room.
