"We tank all customers for their reviews angies list or not. This helps provided excellent customer service and address any issues. The review is by interior decorator who claims, she hire a bad electrician who does sub-standard work, Which in fact that is not why she hire Logo Electrical. We have excellent ratings and over 40 years' experience in the industry. Let me explain the details that were omitted in this- Honest & Trusted review. This was not your typical job, instead it was a remodel, an older home over 3000sq. feet. This job involved installing recessed lighting, rewiring and wiring new outlets. Installing new lighting fixtures and Led Tape Lighting. (The problem was a manufacturing issue with a set of tape lights, rather than the electrician). And to keep the job on scheduled, the owner of Logo Electric took the part across town to have it solder-fix. Later returned that day and installed it himself. "She was very happy with the results". I also, want to mention, she called the following week to schedule more work, which we did. And yes, there was a 3rd. job too. So, why would someone continue to use the same company to do additional work if they felt that way? And why wait 9 months to give such review? Even all 3 jobs, it does not add up to $14,000. She must of included her fee.$$$$"
"We appreciate your review for services rendered last December. Your feedback helps us make necessary changes and improvements to better serve our customers. And as a reminder, we discuss installing the new fan light- when customer is ready/ at No Charge. Thank you for choosing Logo Electrical, we appreciate your business."
They showed up on time. There were some scheduling delays that were due to weather, but they kept me informed.
No unpleasant surprises.
I'm willing to pay a little more than the lowest bid if I can sleep at night."The $44.00 Dispatch fee was mentioned prior to the technician arriving. There was quite a bit more work than the customer had discuss with the dispatcher and we would of had to rescheduled for another day that would of been convenient for the home owner. Home owner declined to have the work done."
"The trip charge and troubleshooting fee and service were explained to the person responsible for payment in advance when the service call was scheduled. She had no problem, She pointed out her son and daughter in law live on the property and that she did not want them to get involved. She mentioned her son was not at home but her daughter in law was. She felt if her son was present, there would be a problem and he would want to do the work himself. When the electrician arrived and diagnosed the problem, The son approached him and started to questioned him, when the electrician explained what needed to be done, the son declined and said he would do it himself. The person claims it was one breaker.-- No it was several breakers. The responsible person being the mother in law, wanted her daughter in law to have nothing to do with the repairs. The review as written by the daughter in law who mentions leaving 2 messages, when only one call was received on Monday afternoon at 5:45pm and her review was then posted."
