The people were horrible.? After they had sent out 4 different people, none of which knew what the hell they were doing, it cost me $750.? They had messed it up even worse than it was.? For what they did, which was nothing, it was way overpriced.? The quality of the work was a joke.? They didn't know what they were doing and they were rude on top of it.? They finally showed up, I think I had to call them twice because they said they would be here one time and they were a couple of hours late.? They weren't professional at all.? I would not use them again in this lifetime.

I saw Issac, the tech, at a convenience store, 1/4 mile from my home. I asked him a few questions regarding my septic system. He told me he could follow me home and do an inspection. It was late afternoon. I'm sure he was on his way to the shop. He was by himself (no helper). He accessed both tanks, performed the necessary service, well after dark. He told me that the company advertises 24/7 and they abide by that statement.
