"Bait and switch pricing and now they quoted $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve upon arrival technician wanted much more than $155.00 to replace sprinkler valve. The company said that to cut out the valve and to re plum with a new valve with cost more money than $155.00. The company said that they were charging a $155.00 to remove six screws on the top of the valve and reconnect two wires. I would never pay a $155.00 to remove six screws and re attach two wires and that give me a clarity to anybody coming behind me about sprinklers valve replacement with this Company. This company need to be more transparent on the front side relative to what they do for a sprinkler valve replacement costing $155.00."

"We spent 14K on two new AC units for our house in 2021. We had to get the technicians out almost every year and multiples a year because something is always wrong. Some technicians were not experienced enough to diagnose the problem and wasted hours at our house. They also made careless mistakes (not connecting the draining pipe back in the attack) in Aug 2025. We had to run very loud fans for 5 days just to dry the water leak from the attic to our ceiling. The same technician was sent out in Nov 2025 and made the same mistake again. Now our ceiling is leaking again. The customer service did not even acknowledge or apologize for what we are going through. I am now worried that repeated leak may have caused permanent damage to our house. I do not recommend this company."

They were not actually working for us. In addition, the whole process was frustrating because appointments were made with us, where we canceled plans and they never showed or called. They removed equipment before it was dry and then covered themselves by putting it back in. At the end of the day our house is dry as is our bank account. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!"

He ensured that the work was done to my satisfaction, refunded any money previously paid and offered a free inspection in the future should I need assistance. I instructed Uptown to contact tenants. 10. 26-March - Appointment to install parts, after 5:30pm 11. 26-March - Company owner calls, stating that Uptown does not work after 5:30pm. Implies that delays are due to tenants not being responsive or available during working hours. He stated that, if the tenants cannot be available during working hours, he will refund the deposit of $600.00. I told him that I did not want the refund, I wanted the appliance repaired. 12.
