I was referred to Tell Projects by a close friend who had raved about their kitchen renovation. I’m so glad I listened! From the initial consultation to the final walk-through, the team was organized, honest, and incredibly responsive. They helped us redesign our outdated kitchen into something both modern and functional. I especially appreciated their design input and attention to small details that made a big difference. My favorite part? The island, it's now the heart of our home. Highly recommend them!

As a business owner, finding a contractor who understands commercial remodeling and budgeting is crucial. Tell Projects added a bathroom in our warehouse with permitting and inspections. They handled it quickly and professionally and were good with changes we wanted to make or needed throughout the project.

Overall very good job and satisfied communication. Everything was done on time and as stress-free as a big renovation can be . Few extra jobs came up after we started but Adrianna was very helpful with a lot of options. Zach and maikel made the whole project smooth as well. We are still using them for any small projects or jobs we have with the house .

Back in November 2024, my husband and I discussed remodeling the kitchen to something brighter and more spacious. The brown cabinets made the kitchen look dark and dreary. After meeting with several contractors, we hired Tell Projects. We met with Adrianna who listened to our vision for the remodel, listened to our concerns and provided us with their credentials. She set out to design what the kitchen could look like. Once we received the estimate and signed the contract we set a start date. We were given a 3–4-week time frame, allowing for anything unexpected (like snowstorm Enzo on January 21 and 22). Project started January 2, 2025, with the demo, and was completed on January 27, 2025, with touch up painting and walk through. We could not be happier with the results. The pictures do not do justice to what our kitchen now looks like, All the workers were courteous, friendly and professional. Some of the workers even offered suggestions on how to make the design more user friendly and complimentary. They left the site clean every time they worked on it. First let me just say that we are absolutely thrilled with our major re-imagining of our kitchen, new conservatory room and of course our master bathroom. Tell projects is a family owned business. We selected them from others we interviewed because they have an excellent reputation and provide personal service and attention to detail from the design phase to demolition, construction and finishing. Ours was a major renovation involving changing the entire load bearing structure of our house, creating new indoor space from what was previously an outdoor patio and then a complete renovation of our entire kitchen and master bathroom. All of the work was custom made and executed by Tell's own craftsmen. The attention to detail was quite impressive, right down to the project manager personally walking our property regularly with us to plan and make adjustments to the project as necessary. With such a major renovation, invariably, changes will be made and delays will occur due to weather, materials on backorder etc, but throughout the entire process, the design team, the project manager and the staff at Tell were always working to meet and exceed our needs. We even had regular discussions with the owner who often reached out to us to gauge our level of satisfaction. There is no such thing as a perfect world, and there were times when we had some concerns about some minor issues relating to prep work ahead of our appliance install date, but the folks at Tell were relentless and they got it right and the end result was spectacular. Kudos to Ellie, Adrianna, Zach, Adner, Fernando , Denis and Gustavo. I know I have not mentioned everyone due to space constraints but let me leave with this. If you want your project completed as perfectly as possible by people who actually CARE about their work and take pride in what they do, choose Tell Projects but hey, don't take my word for it....look for yourself

My experience with TPR was pretty much perfect! They bid the project and came in right on budget. They remodeled my bathroom and redid the flooring in my house. Everything came out beautifully and the bathroom design looks great thanks to the creative eye of my project manager. We completely gutted it and moved things around. It really does look great! I love everything about it. I highly recommend TPR to all of you. They are honest, reliable, caring of your possessions, and have great work ethic. The crew was on time every day and respected our house and our family. Thanks guys!:::)

I must start with Zach is incredible, his customer service is top of the line and #1 priority. A full kitchen remodel can be very stressful but Tell Projects Remodeling made it easy. Wow I am loving my new kitchen! Zach did such an amazing job remodeling. He was very efficient and was very proactive in getting things done the right away. I had Tell Projects Remodeling come out and remodel my kitchen recently. I was worried they wouldn't be able to finish before the holidays. Not only did they complete the kitchen in time, they did an amazing job. Me and my wife couldn't be happier. The workers were on time and clean, Zach, our project manager was always available and we never had any major issues (a few things came up here and there but nothing serious). The entire gut, redesign and remodel took a couple months but we were only without a usable kitchen for about a week which is amazing. I have already recommended Tell Projects Remodeling to two friends who are planning to start projects the begging of next year. Thanks for our new kitchen guys!

We would highly recommend them to those looking for a professional and experienced contractor. The staff and managers were very helpful and promptly addressed any concerns we have had in order to meet our needs in regards to replacing the floor in our master bedroom. They work fast and did the job wonderfully.

Our experience with Tell Projects Remodeling was absolutely wonderful! I am super picky with remodeling since my brother is a home builder and Tell Projects Remodeling does it right!!!Zach was honest and such a pleasure to work with. Zach was in charge of the remodeling of two bathrooms in my house. He was very helpful in picking out the various tiles, vanities and other hardware. He met me at several stores to show me what was available. As the project progressed, several other jobs came up, some of which were not even part of the remodeling job. He got these side jobs done at no extra cost to me. Throughout the work, he was very professional and extremely easy to work with. He kept me informed of the progress and would call me immediately when a problem arose. He would make recommendations on how to handle different situations but would always let me make the final decision without being pushy. He always seemed devoted to making sure I was totally satisfied with the whole project. I would definitely recommend him for any home construction project .

I called Zach to give us a bid. From the get go, he was enthusiastic, easy to talk with, and knowledgeable. He was quick to provide a contract (we were excited and wanted to get started ASAP), stuck to the pricing on the bid, and was always available. His wife was amazing and provided ideas for the finishing details, like lighting and color schemes too. We recently finished our major kitchen remodel with Tell Projects Remodeling and couldn't be happier. We will definitely use Zach whenever we have other home improvements.

My wife and I were very happy with the remodeling work that Ellie and his team at Tell Projects completed. Ellie would listen to any concerns we had and would make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The job was completed in the timeline he said it would complete. I would recommend Tell Projects for any home improvement project and will definitely contact him for any future ones at our Houston home.

They are great to work with I told them I didn’t want to go over a center amount and they had lots of options to choose from. I told them I had a party in about 3 weeks and I was afraid that it wouldn’t be ready in time. The project took only 2 weeks to get done. I was able meet with Ellie which by the way is super sweet she was able to show me different options. They had everything I needed from the color of the walls to the countertop. I was very impressed with this company hands down. Can’t wait to have them start on my next project.

They did not do the work as discussed, and the craftsmanship of the box was high school shop work at best. They didn't stain it as requested. When my wife and I told them that they were doing the work wrong, they just laughed and continued working. I wasn't around and my wife said that they were very rude to here. The project manager kept trying to make everything my fault, and turning everything back around on me. I am having to hire someone else to finish the job. The biggest problem I believe, the project manager speaks very broken English, the workers were hispanic and I don't think understand English at all. So, unless you are fluent in Spanish, I would strongly recommend hiring another company. These people don't care about the customer, and there work isn't the greatest. They are very slow and mostly spend the day talking on their phones or with each other. Update as of 02/06/2020: The company didn't do the work as agreed, and when told that the work was wrong, they just laughed and continued working. When the supervisor was called, he put the blame back on me instead of trying to find a solution. I submitted a poor review and explained what happened. The supervisor then called me early in the morning very angry and stated that they would not come and finish the work unless I removed the negative review. I then told them I wouldn't remove it, nor pay the final payment if they weren't going to finish the work. I hired another contractor to finish the work, then Tell Projects threatened me with a lien and going to court unless I paid them and removed the review. I agreed on the negotiated price, but refused to removed the review. They said, since I will not remove the review, they are going to not accept the payment, and that they are going to sue me. This action is highly illegal. Congress unanimously passed the Consumer Review Fairness Act to protect people’s ability to share in any forum their honest opinions about a business’ products, services, or conduct. Some companies had been using contract provisions – including their online terms and conditions – to threaten to sue consumers or penalize them financially for posting negative reviews or complaints. The new law makes that illegal. This company is bullying me and blatantly breaking the law. Avoid dealing with these people. They are bullies that break the law. I agree to pay them the negotiated price, but due to my refusal to remove the review of them, now we are going to court. I have sent this to the BBB, and will also be contacting a civil rights attorney, as they have broken federal law by doing this.

A very good experience. The crew was hard working and never missed a day. All the project met my expectation. I would definitely hire them again for any project that needs to be done.

I can't say enough good things about this company!!! Tell Projects team has remodeled and transformed our house for about three years since they were recommended to me by a friend of mine!! I always get tons of compliments from friends about how my home looks after they do any work in my house, and I highly recommend them because they are great all around - their work, customer service, scheduling, and attention to detail! I will keep using them for all our remodel/building projects!

The project went amazing, everything went as expected. The protected everything during the process. The workers were very professional. The communication was good and so was everyones understanding. I loved the colors and the job. I couldn't imagine anything better. I would love to do another project due to how well this one went.

Hiring Tell Projects was the best decision I have ever made. The quality of work and the cabinetry is beautiful. My project took about 3 weeks and Tell's employees arrive with Tell logo shirts and I felt totally comfortable with everyone doing the work. They were very respectful of my home and making sure everything was tented and covered during the process. Zach was my project manager and I highly recommend him. Very responsive to any questions. Adrianna in the office is just a delight and she was a great help in assisting with lighting and mirror decisions. My bathroom is a dream bathroom and turned out even better than I ever could have imagined!
