"I will say thank you for the review, because all reviews help us improve our customer service. But this review that you are writing sir is not fair. The project started out GREAT! We understand that you work nights and we tried to do our best to work around your schedule. Our crews are extremely professional and in every crew there is always at least one person that speaks English. Our project manager Zach has excellent English. Yes maybe it his not his first language but his English is excellent! Zach even came out to meet you on a Sunday to try and work around your schedule. The entire issue though, started when you had a structural beam in your wall and wanted us to cut the beam to create an "inset look" to fit your TV. An "inset look" was not included in your scope but we were eager and happy to try for you, free of charge. We refused though to do this for the structure of your home. We weren't able to complete the stain due to the fact that you wrote this review in the middle of the project instead of trying to explain it to us and let us repair what you did not like. You fired us in the middle and even though you owe us some money for what we have completed, it's not about the money. Here at Tell Projects, its about our customer service and we try to shine and be outstanding in that field. I am sorry that you feel differently. Truth of the matter is, it seems as though you would rather not have us complete the project and put this review up before we even had a chance to complete the project. You sent us a picture just yesterday of a new idea of how you and your wife would like for the final product to look. We would have been more than happy to do this for you but the way that you spoke to the employees and project manager is not fair. In the end of the day, we are all human and like to be treated with respect. I wish you and your family good luck in finishing the project with a company that will work with you."
"Wow what an amazing review! Thank you so much for appreciating the work that we did to help you compete your dream bathroom. We are so happy that you like and and are looking forward to future project together!"
