They came to look at our original water heater and I told them before they started that we thought it could be electrical, but he insisted that it might not be, so they installed a new water heater. Come to find out, it was electrical like we originally thought. He should have traced the issue before he went in and installed the new heater. UPDATE (08/13/2015): I think it was more of a misunderstanding of how much electrical work he is able to do vs. what needed to be done. He is not an electrician. Once we spoke we were able to get a much better understanding of the issue.
Response from Click's Plumbing
"Mr, I am sorry that you feel our service did not meet your expectations. I am sure you can tell from all of our other reviews that this just doesn't happen. You stated that you thought the problem may be with a tripped breaker. During our free inspection of your situation, we found that the water heater had power to the unit and that the 2 elements along with the lower thermostat were blown. I gave you the available options, my professional opinion, the costs involved, and the option to get another opinion. You decided to go ahead and replace the older unit. I even went as far as agreeing for you to order the new water heater online with Home Depot. I then picked it up and delivered. During the processes of troubleshooting and replacement the breaker had to be turned on and off several times. Upon installation of the new water heater, it was checked to have power. The tenant contacted me at 9 pm to let me know that she still did not have hot water. I returned at 10 pm to troubleshoot. After 45 min of troubleshooting and trying different configurations, it was determined that 1 leg of the power supply had a short in my opinion, although I am not an electrician. I apologize that there were multiple problems, one likely caused the other, that were out of my control. I did not mislead or lie to you at any point. Your tenant, who hadn't had hot water since moving in 5 or more days earlier, can verify that the older unit looked like it needed to be replaced to them just due to age. As of this writing you still have not paid me for a job completed 6 days ago. Again, I apologize that you feel you had a poor experience with us. Our record shows we strive for great customer service and a professional job every time."

They called ahead of time (which most people say they will do and almost never do), got there on time and had the drain cleared and fixed in fairly short order. Very nice and professional; even gave me advise on how to prevent in the future. Would highly recommend this company

The technician was very pleasant and the job was well done.  The cost ended up being higher than the prepaid Angies List offer due to a misunderstanding of what exactly was going to be replaced with regard to our particular fitting. The technician was friendly and not pushy. He followed up with an email to my husband, who was the one who placed this order.

I bought an Angie's List deal for $75.00 to replace my outside faucet.  When James showed up, he looked at the faucet and said that since it was soddered on that it would have to be sawed off and replaced.  It was an additional $75.00 for that service.  James was very polite and did an excellent job, however,  if I had known it was going to cost $150.00 for the service, I would probably have had someone else do the work.

Response from Click's Plumbing
"Thank you for your business. The advertised special purchased stated "Deal does not include solder hose bib connections. They can be done for an additional fee." Angie's List offers a 30 day refund policy on purchases and we always give upfront pricing upon arrival to the job so there are no surprises. Our pricing for this job was very competitive against any other reputable, legally operated plumbing company. I invite you to obtain 2 written estimates for the same service and submit those to us for review. I hope that you will give us the opportunity to bid any future projects so that you can see the value in our pricing as well as the value in our customer service."

"Thank you for your business (member name removed). The estimate given was site unseen. The additional cost and reasoning were given once we were onsite. The additional cost was agreed upon prior to starting work. I apologize if there wasn't a complete understanding of this. I am sorry that you felt a "C" cost rating and a "B" overall rating was appropriate as these marks are not inline with all of our other reviews. We always strive for 100% complete customer satisfaction. I do hope that your new water heater is performing as expected and look forward to working with you in the future."

It was fine and they came out and did the job. He came when I wanted him to come. I thought he was expensive.
Response from Click's Plumbing
"Thank you for your review and your business. I am sorry you felt that the pricing you received was expensive after the fact. You purchased an advertised deal through Angies List and then requested us to look at something else while we were there. Pricing was given upfront to repair the toilet and agreed upon. I can assure you that while we may not always be the lowest, our pricing is very competitive and more often than not, lower. You will be hard pressed to find a lower price with our level of professionalism and customer service. I look forward to providing you with the same great customer service in the future should the need arise and as always, with upfront pricing."

I purchased a big deal for one of the water heaters and then paid regular price for the second one because the big deal was limited to one water heater and I have two.  Click's was very responsive in communicating with me about the pricing of and payment for the second water heater and in scheduling the install.  On the day of the install, they accidentally dropped and cosmetically damaged one of the water heaters, and they honored my request to go get a replacement water heater because I felt unsure about whether there was internal damage to it.  I appreciated their quick solution to the problem and their ability to still get the installation done in one day.  They are very prompt, professional, and competent.

We were very pleased with their services.  They were on time, and were very professional and efficient in replacing the spickets we requested.  The spickets look great, and work so much better than the rusty spickets that we had replaced.  Based on this experience, we would recommend Click Plumbing for your plumbing needs.

Great communication and easy scheduling.  No unexpected charges so price was as quoted. The Water Heater was replaced exactly as expected.  Once the install was completed we reviewed the warranty details and I had all of my questions answered regarding the use and maintenance of the new heater.  The area was left cleaned up and the old unit removed.

I am very satisfied with the professional manner of the work and price

We are very satisfied with our experience with Click's Plumbing. My wife was home when they arrived to replace the water heater.  After inspecting the existing water heaters the plumbers determined that we did not need a new water heater.  They also diagnosed a problem with a hot water circulating pump which is easily fixed and cost much less than a new hot water heater.  My wife was very comfortable with the workers and appreciates the fact that they were honest with her about what needed to be done.  They saved us hundreds of dollars.

James came for the appointment on time! He was extremely courteous and very professional. He and Johnny drained, hauled off old heater, and installed new heater in about three hours. Afterwards they cleaned up and left the area super clean. I am so grateful for seeing the deal on Angie's List and finding Click's for my future plumbing work. The deal was for $749 for new heater, haul off, and replace with new heater. I paid $150 more for heater upgrade and second floor attic installation. What a great deal! I am so pleased with the work!

From the time of the discovery of the failing old water heater to the time the new one was in and pumping out hot water was about 3.5 hrs. saved our bacon. We had a house full of family and friends and as usual this was the worst time for a hot water heater to die.
He was right on time, right on price and very professional. When several other plumbing companies could not get to me till Monday, this guy was on location in 1.5 hrs.
