"Distinguished Designs did a excellent job with the work on our house. We were able to get a quote quickly with a detailed itemized list of costs. Work was started quickly after our agreement to the cost with care taken to protect carpets, floors, counters, etc. from dust and damage. The quality of work was excellent with the replaced ceiling drywall matching perfectly with the existing texture and paint color. Other parts of the job were also excellent with door frames being squared, sub floor being leveled, outside door jamb spliced and painted, and the installation of a kayak hoist in a high garage. The cost for the repairs was very reasonable and the workers and owner were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them for work and will be using them in the near future for additional projects."

Communication was strong and we were able to schedule the job relatively quickly which was helpful. The stairs were well built and we love the way they look. The only downside was that the crew hit a sprinkler line while digging the post holes. However, we appreciate that the crew let us know right away, repaired the line well, and stayed in touch with us over the coming week to confirm that everything worked properly.
