    When the work was initially completed, I wasn't thrilled. I figured a high 3 star at best. The gutters were fine but there were noticeable gaps with the guards, the installation was done differently than I expected, and a small part of it wasn't even what I had ordered. I figured it wouldn't get much better, but I wanted to give them a chance. In my view how a company reacts to feedback from their customer is a real statement about how the company operates. They couldn't ask for someone better than Jacob to be their "follow up" guy. He reached out to me after I let billing know I had some concerns. He was polite, listened to all of my concerns, and didn't even give a hint of argument. He asked what my schedule was and set up an appointment to swing by within 48 hrs. He arrived on time, checked out the situation, quickly made the changes to the install that I thought needed to be looked at and was happy to do it. Not once did he try to give me an excuse, nor did he even hint at it being my problem. He did EXACTLY what someone his position is supposed to do to make sure I was a happy customer. ...and today (weeks later) we finally got a good heavy rain that let me really see the final results. It's the first time in years I've been able to go on my back patio during a heavy rain without being ankle deep in water. The gutters and guards worked perfectly. Thanks to Berger Services for showing that customer satisfaction really is the #1 priority

    Chase was very professional and did a great job pressure washing our driveway, cleaning the exterior of the windows and cleaning out the gutters on our home. The driveway looks as clean as it did when our home was new and the windows are sparkling clean. They make sure the customers are completely satisfied with the work performed. Your Day Off has been my regular Lawncare service for 25 years. Most recently I had my flowerbeds redone with stones, borders, new plants and trees and it is beautiful! Over the years they also extended my patio with pavers and did a excellent job and the patio looks amazing even after all these years. The owner and employees are hard working, customer focused people and I will continue to use them for many more years

    First sales visit was informative, installation crew was on time and got set up. Ran into a couple of snags with the leaf guard allowing the water to flow down into the gutter only because this was a steel bldg. The crew took the time to figure it out and had to do extra work but they stayed and did it right. I won’t know for sure that it worked until the next heavy rain. They left the place clean no metal cut offs laying around in the grass. Gutters look great. Time will tell , good company and fair priced

I was never contacted. Called 5 times, each time they said they would get back to me. They have NEVER called. Instead, they keep sending me text messages that say they will get to us. NOT 1 call or estimated date for service

    The first service resulted in damages walls from the technicians dirty/gray hands and a very stained rug from a dirty ladder. After the first visit, the company agreed to pay for the damages caused by their technician. They also agreed to come out and redo the windows that were NOT truly clean!! They use a system with “filtered water”. This means they’ll leave your windows extremely wet and pretend they’ll dry spot free. They dried about as spotted as you’d expect, so they came back Out. The technician on the serving visit was simply doing a visit to appease me- they had no intentions of redoing their work!! He did a superficial wipe down of a few windows and that was it. My windows look terrible. Not to mention the technician was 90 minutes late for the second visit! Honestly I can’t even believe I paid a dime for the service. Save your money!

    Three words describe the team at True American Gutters; honesty, integrity, and hard-work. Christopher and his crew we’re professional from our initial inspection through project completion. We called the TAG team and they were out the next day to discuss our project. They measured and provided us with line item estimate that included all of the various options we asked for. They also left us with a hard copy information packet on all their products, warrantees as well as physical material samples. Christopher and his crew arrived on time, worked safely, cleaned up as they progressed their work, walked the job with us upon completion ready to correct any issues (their were none) and then did a final clean up before they left. True American Gutters far exceeded our expectations and we recommend this family owned business to anyone who wants their project done right the first time at a very affordable price
