Customer service was excellent and he even worked with us to figure out the right level of insulation on the door without up selling us unnecessarily. We LOVE our new door and quiet drive system. We purchased a motor with a backup battery and it has already come in handy when we had to leave during a power outage.

I am very glad I accepted a quote from Alex. During the quote, he identified and fixed loose bolts in our new house that came with a damaged garage door system to ensure we could be safe until the door was replaced. He was the perfect level of proactive and responsive without being pushy. Alex got us the right door for the right price, and showed he did not upcharge by helping explain that the single insulation would be sufficient for our garage door and what we used it for vs double insulation that would have been overkill and more expensive for no reason. Alex was ready when we got HOA approval, and kicked into action. Because the vendor had the door in stock, the door and whole new system was installed the next day! We will be contacting Alex with all garage door needs, highly recommend if you are looking at door repairs.

Other than some minor hiccups with regards to when Alex would be at the job site, the work was first-class. He first tried to remedy a problem with a very old garage door opener. Once we determined it was not reparable/worth the cost of repair, I purchased a new unit. He installed it quickly, cleanly, and professionally.
