"I hired Robles Renovation to install tile flooring in my first rental home. Initially, he had to postpone the project due to cold, wet weather—showing that he prioritizes the safety of his team. His pricing was fair and realistic, unlike other contractors who quoted me $2.50 per square foot for removal and $4.50 per square foot for installation. The quality of his work was excellent, though it took some time to complete. I gave her an opportunity to just check it out. She says they are out of business. These people are dishonest. We now have to completely redo our tile shower. The smell from the mold /mildew is horrible. They should not be in business."
