Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Repair
Day one everything was great! Josh showed up with his guys we bought them food and a case of beer. Had a couple drinks laughed etc. Frank the owner a fellow veteran had me convinced it was going to be a two day ordeal to tile and grout our backsplash? 6 days and 140 man hours later I was sadly mistaken. Josh was so frustrated with the job he stopped talking to us by day two and would just walk right past us for days without even saying hello or good morning? Unless we prompted. So much so my wife just stayed upstairs because she felt so uncomfortable. Out of frustration I called frank the owner and he came out giving ever excuse under the sun and only cared about getting paid when they did a horrible job? as a homeowner I should not have to explain to them how to lay tile properly! I asked Frank to honestly answer one question? how many backsplash jobs has your company done? shockingly his answer was ours was the first. Then asked for more money to fix their screw up!!!

Our goal is always to leave our customers satisfied, and while that didn?t happen here, I did make every effort to work with you in good faith to complete the job within a reasonable timeframe. Unfortunately, several unforeseen issues came up that affected the schedule, despite our best efforts to address them. I presented multiple solutions along the way, and we ultimately moved forward with the one you approved. Given the delays and your dissatisfaction, I made the decision not to charge anything for the work completed. I also want to be clear that offering alcohol to our crew on a job site is strictly against company policy. Had I been made aware at the time, we would have stopped work immediately. We take safety and professionalism seriously, and situations like that compromise both. While I regret that this project didn?t turn out as either of us intended, I stand by the efforts we made to resolve the situation fairly and professionally. Grout: Replace or Repair
We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job.

Grout: Replace or Repair
The work was just started and they are re doing a complete job that someone else did and ruined. Frank communicated from the beginning and explains everything from the start. They supply everything and take much care in your home. The workers are also very knowledgeable and take time to explain the process. Already I understand what the other guy did wrong. I was very pleased at the difference and they only started on day one. I'm sure my husband will post the update when complete. Thank you Frank with grout medics for your professionalism. ð  Â

Amazing pricing, timeliness, and customer service â the trifecta that is rare to come by in San Antonio! Was in a bind with a rental property I own and Frank's team swooped in and handled it all from beginning to end! The toughest part was matching tile from the 70's, but they got it done. The entire transaction fit the short timeline I needed and without compromising on service. The best team in the area! They let their excellent work speak for itself.
