Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job."

One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly. I had a new shower built with white subway tile on the walls and porcelain tile on the floor with black grout. The contractor who did the grout did a terrible job. The grout was uneven, grout was all over the wall and floor tile, and it was an absolute mess. Planet Green cleaned it up and made it look great. They are easy to work with and show up on time. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! And it's good to know that the tile is installed correctly. He was always punctual and polite, and kept me informed as he worked. I would recommend him without hesitation."
