"From my first contact with Planet Green the owners were punctual to respond and come over for an estimate. The work is performed by Mike and Miranda Johnston, the owners. Their speciality is tile and grout work only. They're very good at what they do! We agreed to have the tile/grout floor cleaned. If we still wanted to have the grout color changed they would return on another day to do so. That was our choice. Our tile/grout is over twenty years old. It now looks brand new. We couldn't be happier with the outcome, the work ethic of the Johnstons, the ease of working with them, their honesty and integrity. "Omar and Josh arrived earlier than scheduled but called first. Were pleasant, professional and informative. They steam clean the tile and grout as well as applied a cleaning agent to the grout. Then let me choose between 4 different grout colors. On their knees with a toothbrush they meticulously applied the new grout color. upon completion my tile and grout appeared new. What a difference! Have had my kitchen tile and grout cleaned and resealed a couple of times prior to this by other companies, while the results were good they pale in comparison to this cleaning and recolor. In addition, my laminate floor was buffed with a neutral cleaner, in my living room and hallway. Will definitely use again for my tile maintenance needs."

"I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! And it's good to know that the tile is installed correctly. He was always punctual and polite, and kept me informed as he worked. I would recommend him without hesitation."

"From the beginning, Alejandro (manager) was very helpful and professional. He came by, promptly and on time, to provide an estimate and we got that within the day. We had gotten estimates from others, and given the good ratings on Angie's list and the reasonableness of the estimate, we decided to go with Alamo Stone Art. We visited his business to pick out the granite. The installation was delayed due to our having to do some repairs of the cabinets. The installation was a bit problematic since our cabinets are old and were not completely level. There was also an initial issues with the cutout for the sink not fitting. Thus, we had to have installers out a few times to make corrections. Throughout the process Alejandro was very helpful and assured us that all the issues would be addressed - which they were. It was very nice to have confidence that the job would be done in a professional manner, regardless of issues encountered during the process. I would definitely recommend this business highly if you are thinking of getting new countertops (granite, quartz, etc.)."

"Very prompt response, availability. Piece of ice maker had fallen off; ice maker and freezer drawer covered, filled with heavy frost (Samsung). Technician, Jose Munoz, said he could replace it or try to see whether it could be fixed (instead of just automatically saying it needed to be replaced). I opted for repair. He protected the wooden floor with towels, steamed the frost, secured the piece on the ice maker, realigned the freezer drawer, and said we'd know within some hours whether this did the trick. It worked. I appreciate his honesty, thus saving me the price of a new ice maker. This took a lot of time to steam/melt the thick frost, as well as realign the freezer drawer, ensuring that there was a tight seal. I will definitely use this company again and will request Mr. Munoz."
