Michael Olguin from Resso Tiles came exactly on time to evaluate our bathroom update needs. He listened carefully to my wife and my thoughts. He came up with an excellent plan. In 24 hours he submitted a detailed itemized bid which was totally fair. He and his assistant, Manny, showed up exactly on time, as scheduled, 1 week later. Professional and hard working.

I had grout cracks and chipped tiles. Most companies will not do small jobs, but Mike looked at the issue and recommended the most cost effective way to go. Ultimately, I took up old tile and did new, and then he re-grouted another section of the house. Now that it's done -- the house looks so good. I definitely recommend them.

My tile grout throughout house was very dirty. Came out great. Really lightened up the home. Mike was great and went out of his way to please!

Job was most difficult involving 2 different remodel periods/tile installs; 3 different sealing materials and stripping left 2 different shades of tile/grout to match up. Completed job erased all past mistakes of "tile experts" and matched all surfaces, finishes and grout lines. Cheap, no! Results worth it, YES! When Michael viewed original floors, he selected the worst tiles; actually had necessary materials with him; stripped, colored, sealed tiles on the spot. Job sold! Owner delays did not impact original quote! Final cost was less that quoted. Job site always clean. Final results were show room perfect. Michael and Freddy are pros. Office staff helpful and positive. Job site 75 miles distant and stated arrival times met as promised. Sautillo tile refinishing not for ameauters... you'll be a pleased customer with this outfit. I don't endorse often!!!

Reeso Tiles contacted me and we scheduled the repair. I was surprised that the man that did the repair was a contractor and not an employee of the company. The contractor did an excellent job. I'm not sure if I would hire Reeso again only because the contractor would be the responsible person that would warrant the job and not Reeso.

Tile repair went really well, careful and well executed. Still waiting on the tile cleaning. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The tile came out much better than I expected. I had a small issue and they quickly returned and addressed it. They did an excellent job on deep cleaning of tile grout.

He believed he knew how to fix the issue and spent time trying to figure it out, he decided it was to level the tile because he felt it wasn't level and thats why water was getting under the door but that did nothing to stop the leaking and the grout lines left were not flat with the tile so water is leaking under the door. At first he said it would be $800 to fix a couple pieces of tile and mount a door back but he was nice enough to charge me hourly instead because he didn't know what it would take in terms of time (ended up taking about 2 hours) but ultimately the issue was not resolved at all and his helper left caulk and thinset resin from the tile all over the shower and I still need to have the problem fixed so thats why the review is not good. Nice guy and was timely and efficient so those are pluses but in this case the job wasnt done accurately.

Reeso Tile arrived at the job site exactly when he said he would which is important to someone that has very little time to track down contractors. They did an expert job and handled some unexpected situations with professionalism. They worked quickly, cleanly, and did what they said they would with no surprises. They were able to match the older grout so the repair work did not look out of place. As a church we are always aware of our responsibility to stewardship and Reeso tile helped get the job done on budget. So grateful.

This was a repair on the 'careful' removal of 35 11" ceramic tiles that were no longer secure on the floor. This was NOT an easy job as the tiles are no longer available and must be reattached to the floor. The result was stunning. The grout was such a good match that it is almost impossible to see where the repair was done. Mike used a fan to catch the grout vapors and send them out the door as they were grinding the tiles up. I hardly had any dust at all. This was all done in a remarkable short time. I highly recommend Reeso Tiles and will contact them for any further repairs.

We hired Reeso to repair a 55 sq ft. area of porcelain tile in our kitchen that had become detached from the foundation. Upon seeing the problem, Mike knew exactly how to fix the problem. He arrived on time, worked quickly, cleaned everything up. Very happy and would highly recommend Reeso for tile repairs and installations.

I called Reeso Tile to have my bathroom shower grout redone. They could have just scraped the old grout and covered it over with new grout, but Mike is a perfectionist and went above and beyond to grind out all the old grout and widen the grout lines before he added the new grout. The result is an amazing job that looks better than when we first had the shower installed. Whether it's installing their beautiful new tile, or just having your old tile and grout refinished, Mike and Reeso Tile are the one's to call!
