Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! One thing - if you are replacing a tile floor - make sure they tarp EVERYTHING in the room they will be ripping old tile from. My crew didn't, and I had extremely thick layers of dust throughout my entire house, to include countertops/kitchen utensils/etc. Upon speaking about this issue with the company, they say that is not the norm and apologized profusely. So they should, just make sure they do. Other than that above issue - I couldn't have asked for a better product and install. The team was professional, courteous, and friendly.
