He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. "Excellent! Jerry Cortez, the owner, personally supervised the task. We had about 1000 sq ft of old tile covered over with new vinyl plank strips. This was a difficult task as we have angular hallways and we wanted the grain to run consistently from room to room. We also wanted the house carpeted (another 1000 sq ft). Jerry's crew of 4 installers got the old carpet out, floors cleaned and leveled, and the new carpet installed perfectly in one day. The installers on both jobs were kinowledgeable, professional. In both jobs, the materials were top quality. If I had it to do over again, Jerry would be the first guy I called. And BTW ---- the prices were absolutely competitive with earlier estimates from other. We're glad we picked Jerry and his team to do our home."

"Jose was most helpful in doing my tile work. He was very patient with me in scheduling a time to come over, give me an estimate and then wait about a week and a half to actually come back and start the work. He was on time and polite. He repaird 4 or 5 tiles that were popping up in my kitchen and explained what he was going to do. Due to a crack, he put some cement mixture in the crack and said this should help keep the tile down. Jose was very careful in moving my refrigerator out and kept the "mess" as clean as he could. He also did some touch up on my sheetrock and repainted the two areas -- looks nice as well. Good job!"
