"Cristian did an amazing job remodeling my walk-in shower. Before starting he carefully protected my hardwood floors, covered the furniture with plastic, and sealed my clothes closet door to protect them from damage and dust. He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. "I thought that I had a simple grout repair project. But once the tile was removed, it was clear that the existing tile was not properly installed. Walter removed all the tile, installed cement board all around, added water proofing fabric under the tile, and then re-tiled everything. It looks great! "We had a crack in the grout of our tile floor which caused the floor to bulge upward. Grout Medic came out and removed the grout, reglued all the loose tiles and put in new grout. It looks great! Flat and blends right in with the existing grout. They also contacted us immediately when we asked for a quote. They got us on the schedule within a week. The guys who did the work were very nice and did a great job."
