He helped me choose the tile as we had to match the existing tile and stone design. He was meticulous in his prep work, removing and replacing rotten wood and insulation under the tiles. He did an exquisite, high quality job with the tile design and installation. I am truly pleased with the job done and my experience throughout the process. "Excellent! Jerry Cortez, the owner, personally supervised the task. We had about 1000 sq ft of old tile covered over with new vinyl plank strips. This was a difficult task as we have angular hallways and we wanted the grain to run consistently from room to room. We also wanted the house carpeted (another 1000 sq ft). Jerry's crew of 4 installers got the old carpet out, floors cleaned and leveled, and the new carpet installed perfectly in one day. The installers on both jobs were kinowledgeable, professional. In both jobs, the materials were top quality. If I had it to do over again, Jerry would be the first guy I called.
