"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"The tech and owner came out and worked on it. On the 22nd the found out the switch that cuts out the water was defective, but the damage had already been done. I told him I'd hold him response for the damage to the floor. I asked him if he knew anyone to repair the floor and he said he knew someone. He said no at first, but then realized he knew someone. I told him I had some extra laminate flooring to save him on the repair. I called his office on the 27th, and they told me they were too busy to come out that week. I couldn't let the water sit under the laminate for that long. Prior to that, he told me I'd need to call a plumber to address the issue. He said he would repair the floor if we showed him a receipt from the plumber saying the issue had been taken care of. He came out with his contractor after I had the floor repaired, on the 29th of June. I told him that the office had said he was too busy to come out. He said he would bring his contractor out, and that he (the owner) would only pay what the contractor tells him. He was supposed to pay me $300 dollars. I showed him the receipt from the plumbing and the flooring company, and the contractor said that is a fair price. The owner, Mr. Jimenez, in front of the contractor, myself, and my wife said "I"ll may you the check." That was on the 29th of June. I have not heard from him since."

"We really like that our shower now is much more manageable to clean and use. The new shower wall panels are acrylic, no tile so that means we don't have to worry about cleaning grout. Also, for our older home, with so much settling, we didn't feel that tile would hold out very long. The tile shower was already cracked in multiple places and it could happen again. The sales and customer service people were friendly and helpful. They were not pushy at all. They also were timely and communicated well to let us know how the process was coming along. We had to go back and forth a bit to get the finished work up to standard, which meant our project was finished later than expected, but they fixed the issues and were easy to work. "I contacted Bailey’s Plumbing Services for a free estimate on a complete new water softener installation. There was no pressure or any attempts to upsells me to do any other work. He made some suggestions on things he noticed like a leaking faucet and looked at it and said it just needed a new o ring so they just replaced it. No charge! Wow!
