"This is the worst sprinkler company we have ever used. They used to be much better. We needed to have our system reinstalled after a year of disuse, as well as our control box. There was a lot going on here when they came out, and I never did monitor them. We xeriscaped our front yard and wanted to convert that to used less water. They charged us over $1000 to convert to higher sprays, but they kept finding leaks and the price kept going up. They were supposed to check our back and side yards too, but since they were here, several heads have broken off. Why didn't they do a proper inspection? Also they reinstalled my control box and it cannot be manually controlled, or programmed. When these leaks in the back happened, they charged me $100 to fix one pipe and replace a head (they claimed it had checked before and charged me to come out and do a replacement. WHY DIDN'T THEY DO A COMPLETE CHECK AND ESTIMATE THE FIRST TIME? I HAD ALSO THOUGHT OF DRIP IRRIGATION ON AN INITIAL VISIT A COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO. I mentioned this during the working visit and told me that it would cost me $6,000 or more--and this was AFTER they fixed some leaks."

"I called Ray Ray's plumbing for a rough-in on my new addition and if you stop reading now please don't make the same mistake I made, just find someone else. Out of the four fixtures they roughed in, three had a slope in the wrong direction, two of them leaked water from being further than 5 degrees off set, and all of them are more than 12" from the design. The owner, Leslie Ray Fewell is a joke of a man with not a single gram of dignity in his body. He will not take responsibility for any actions done under his name, his company or anyone employed by him. Once you pay him he will deny service, tell you he did not receive payment and revoke anything he can. His employees are uneducated, unprofessional and should have anything they have ever touched looked at by a third party and investigated by the Texas State board of plumbing examiners. He will take you for a run and after four+ months, you will only be looking for a new plumber to fix everything they have touched."

Biggest issue was the lack of respect for our home and treating it like a trash can. Copy and pasted from the email to them regarding issues: 12 cigarette butts found Area behind washer (lines don't allow drywall to sit flush) Area behind master sink, lack of insulation, fixtures are not secure Master closet (non-insulated lines) Area behind refrigerator (lack of insulation, mess) Undersink (Badly mounted fittings) Behind fridge to master toilet (Fitting not secure, no insulation) Guest bathroom mess Guest bathroom non-centered plate Guest bathroom gap under shower faucet Partial insulated lines, didn't clean up in the attic (plastic from insulation, sections of cut PEX, insulation) Lines to shower run backwards (I did say it was okay to 'fix it' like that) Lines mounted in a way that they protrude passed the studs (some cases further out than thickness of drywall) Washing machine hook up backwards When attempting to find a leak from the install, they pried up the AC return grille Scratched a brand new refrigerator by manhandling it instead of adjusting the leveling feet Glass coffee carafe broken in the sink, nothing mentioned For the lines in the attic, I had to go back and re-insulate them as they installed the clamp in the insulation so the lines wouldn't be fully insulated. Large sections of lines were left uninsulated by the soffit vents causing them freeze over during the last freeze. Most of the issues were addressed that are shown/described only after calling/emailing to point it out. If you do go with them, make sure they are doing it correct and double check everything they do. If Kyle is still there, ask for him."
