They replaced all the old grass and weeds, front and back yards, with sod; replaced all the old plants and shrubs in the front and back flower beds with the new ones we had requested; put in a 4 station sprinkler system; replaced the old retaining wall with new limestone blocks; and put in limestone trim around three of our front yard trees. His crew did demo/prep, spread 5CY of enriched soil, 60 LF of metal edging around the trees, and 4 pallets of St.Augustine-special. Fernando personally watered and rolled the sod to make it smooth. He helped me set up the sprinklers and explained the watering schedule. He even called back the next day to see if the sprinklers were working okay and to see if I had any questions.
