We were completely comfortable with him in our home. He did what he said he would do, when he said he'd do it (which is rare enough) but he brings the eye of an artist to the work. Gilbert returned and worked a half-day smoothing out the rough areas from the first time. He also took care of some paint damage and holes that happened after his first time, so that was certainly above and beyond. He was friendly and pleasant, and gave no feeling of irritation for having to return to work again. As before, he was great to work with, and the garage now meets our expectation.
