"I believe in life, the universe gifts us people when we need them. Mike and his crew at Capitol City Wood Works were one of these universal gifts our family was lucky to receive. We met Mike about 6 months ago, shortly after my FIL had passed away and my MIL could no longer take care of the house. Our goal was to sell the house. The first problem...the back deck (55ft x 25ft) with a not working pool (33ft x 20ft) in the middle of the deck needed major repairs and code upgrades. The second problem, my husband & I live across the country & were overseeing the repairs from 1,300 miles away. Using Angie's list we found 3 different contractors to interview for the job. "Everything went great! My handrails on my stairs are secure and you can't even tell where they tore a hole in the wall when the handrail came out. The pumphouse shed is in place and looks great. The trim on my outside windows looks great. Everybody was very nice and helpful. I will DEFINITELY use them again!"
